I experienced some electrical issues with my Ricoh Ri1000x a few months after the warranty had expired. My initial interaction with Ricoh customer service wasn’t very helpful, and I was close to removing the machine from my equipment lineup altogether.
Before making that decision, I reached out one more time and was connected with Luke Gallyot. From that point on, my experience completely changed. Luke was extremely helpful and genuinely committed to finding a solution to my issue. He went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I felt supported as a customer.
Although I did have to pay a small repair fee, the service was well worth it. While shipping equipment back and forth isn’t ideal, the turnaround time was surprisingly fast. Once Luke and his team received the machine, they immediately got to work repairing it and sent it back in pristine condition.
After I received the printer, Luke and his team walked me through the setup process again and even followed up after the machine was back in production to make sure everything was running smoothly.
That level of customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Luke, for your professionalism and dedication—you’ve definitely earned my continued business.

I placed an email for a response and Maggie called the next morning. She was very helpful. The website wouldn't let me make a purchase or an account. She made an account for me and helped expedite my purchase. Helpful and super nice while fixing my issue. I felt with several other companies while searching for my part before Maggie called. Nice to deal with someone that cares which is a rare commodity these days.

Very helpful at upgrading my Colorgate software, the product I had was from 2021 and Maggie was able to help me get the payment in and contact Colorgate for new software license. I am still waiting to update the software, but I appreciate her quick turnaround time.
