I contacted Rich Diamonds via phone with regards to purchasing a bracelet for my wife. The sales person was very helpful answering all my questions.
The transaction was simple and the bracelet was delivered the next day .
Delighted with the purchase and would highly recommend Rich Diamonds.

I saw a diamond ear cuff on the website Tuesday, enquired Weds, went through the simple payment process and received it in the post this morning. Friday.
The Company have a swift on line journey that is backed up by personal emails. It's very clear and supportive.
I love the ear cuff, it was well packaged, and would 100% recommend this Company. I will without doubt not hesitate in purchasing again from them.
