Horrible AI customer service and the company is run by scam artists. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

WARNING-SCAM COMPANY!!!
I ordered and paid Dec 9th. Their website says it will ship within 3-5 bus days. After paying their site said it's shipping from China, But the website says it will ship out of Canada. Hasn't shipped, they won't answer my emails. Must be a scam company, looking at ways to get my money back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a drop shipper filled with lies on their websites. Be prepared for extremely late shipments to the point it makes you wonder if you got scammed, and terrible customer service where they do not respond to your inquiries. I am still working on getting a refund.

This is for the games console. (Seems to be a camera company with same name) Looks to be a scam. So annoyed at myself, as I’m usually quite good at recognising these things, but as others have said, ordered 28th Nov, no goods, no reply to communication, no decent tracking. Says coming from china, money taken via a London address. Have raised dispute with bank and will see what happens.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago! Still no item and not replying to any emails!!! This was a Xmas present and now it won’t arrive in time!!!!

Not a company I would recommend, having paid for expedited processing, 17 days later still not dispatched and no reply to my email!
I will update as to whether my order arrives

AVOID at all cost. Wish I read this before ordered a game boy for Christmas during Black Friday which has yet to arrive they is no customer service and now have to run around trying to find a new present. Just to confirm anyone who has been scammed or yet to receive yours order you are in your legal right to do a bank claim through your bank and get your money back. Also the company will get charged and eventually investigated and shut down so other people will not have to go through this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UTTER SHITE COMPANY!
I GOT REFUNDED BY PAYPAL INSTANTLY AS THEY ARE AWARE OF THE RETROSNAP.COM COMPANY AS A SCAM

Ordered the console, spent extra for priority ordering. Never heard back from them, spent the money and 3 weeks later still no console. Will never order again.

Its a scam! They took my money and did not send anything! Asked for a refund got now anwser from them!

I have order from this site. I paid for express , now they are telling me that they changed shippers and there is a delay. Buyer beware don't trust them

BEWARE! Do not purchase from them. Website advertising location is INDIANA but my order shipped from CHINA! I paid for priority processing and shortly after received email there’s a “slight” delay in my order.

Dettet er ikke et anbefale sted at købe fra.. selv vis man efter 40 min finder ud af de er scam, og ønsker at annullere ordren, sender de alligevel og det var kl0825. Virksomheden var ikke åben i nu. Og derefter få man en mail, at varen er sendt fra china.. de skide ligeglad.

I bought the play console. It’s not allowing me to save the progress 🤔 And I can only get to the main menu by pushing the reset button. Would not recommend buying. And some of the games are in black and white. GTA is not on there either. I have contacted RETRO SNAP but no reply yet.

I had the un-pleasure to be scammed by this company from an advertising on Instagram. I ordered the Retrosnap Play they were selling for 65€ thinking of buying a product of higher quality compared to a cheap Chinese product. Later I discovered that those guys were selling exactly the same R36S from Alixpress that costs 20€. And you know what, the return policy is that you cannot cancel an order until it is received and tested. Then, at your expense you need to send them back the order. Completely avoid buying from them, just providing a product drop shipped from China.
