Order 2 items for Christmas on the 30th November and still haven’t arrived (2nd January) MASSIVE SCAM! Email comms has been poor. Deserves a 0/5 stars

Dropshippers. Total scammers. Don't fall for it. ordered a month ago with black Friday sale and it shipped from China a month later.

I'd love to review this product but it still hasn't shown up, 11 days after it was supposed to arrive. It didn't even leave their sorting facility until 9 days after it was supposed to arrive at my house. This is a ripoff especially before Christmas. I wish I could give negative stars.

No option for no stars. Ordered a hand held console, targeting people buying for Christmas gifts. Purchased on 1st December. Told there was a problem with shipping. December 24th and multiple grumpy emails from me later I get little response other than a generic copy and paste email. In the end I raised a dispute with the bank, they promised 4-10 days delivery, the good cost £66 - this was a big spend for me. I would not use this company. I have since found out they are a drop ship company, the products they sell can be found on cheaper more reliable alternative sites such as Ali express. All in all - DO NOT fall for the fancy advertising. No delivery time scale fulfilled as promised,no goods, refused refund, poor customer service extremely bad and a total scam. Do contact your bank if this has happened to you and use pay pal or credit cards to be safe.

It takes forever to receive your retro snap console Christmas item it's december 29 still have not received it I would rate you 0 stars now they won't answer it's jan 10th still waiting supposed to be delivered today but I do believe it is a scam Do Not Order Or waste Your time buy American made

This place is running a scam. I wasn’t aware until afterwards unfortunately. I was Black Friday shopping for my family and came across this online. I thought it would be a cool gift for my littles and it said it would ship in 3-5 days. I figured I was getting an amazing deal!!! SHEIN has these same consoles for $3.00 and Walmart has them for $10.00. I would have been none the lesser had I actually received the product!!! But here it is 34 days later and the order hasn’t even left China (says it ships from the states). Oh, and about that, the address listed on their website isn’t even a place that exists. I’ve called an emailed and after I disputed the charges with my credit card company they finally reached out asking me to remove the dispute and that my items were sent and gave me a link that shows my items are literally still in the same place they were a month ago. China, and not having moved an inch.

Paid for express shipping a month before Christmas to “guarantee” before Christmas delivery. It’s now the 28th and we still have yet to receive it. Customer support while responsive provides poor resolution

I placed an order with TheRetroSnap on December 9 and paid extra for expedited processing and “guaranteed” 4–9 day shipping. The order was later marked as shipped and a tracking number was provided, but the tracking page shows no movement.

After more than a week with no delivery progress, I contacted the company multiple times and requested cancellation and a refund due to non-fulfillment. I later found numerous other consumer complaints describing the same issue: orders marked as shipped with inactive or nonfunctional tracking.

On December 28, the company refused to cancel my order, stating that the warehouse had already processed the shipment, despite the guaranteed delivery window having passed, and no proof that the item was actually in transit.

There are also widespread reports that these products are dropshipped from China, despite the company listing U.S. and U.K. business addresses. This was not clearly disclosed at purchase and directly affects delivery expectations.

Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful and not rely on the advertised shipping guarantees.

Ordered on the 5th, said 3-9 days max and it would be on time for Christmas, ThEIR WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY SAID THIS!! It just now shipped from China on the 27th. Completely unacceptable. Will not being ordering anything from this company again.

If I could do 0 I would also. Ordered the game on 29th November and yet to appear. Keep being told there’s issues at customs. Now the website has removed the gameboys.

If I could give no stars I would, I ordered 2 consoles on the 3rd December I was told was express 3-7 day delivery and I am still waiting to receive these items. It is now 27th December and Christmas Day has gone and the consoles never came. Emailed repeated times and was promised they would arrive . All tracking states has been received but awaiting items . So frustrating as when I checked reviews they were good and now all disappeared .

SCAM! The website has disappeared! All the good reviews have also disappeared! The tracking never has updated. I've received emails responding to my questions stating that my order was in customs. However there is no way to confirm this and now the website it gone entirely!!

I'm now two kids without the presents I promised them I keep asking for a refund and I get nothing, please don't order from these people they lie

I ordered two RetroSnap Play consoles on the 6th December, paying extra for express delivery. It is now Christmas Eve and I haven't received them. The 'Shop' tracking app RetroSnap provided the link to hasn't updated and the only contact I've had are generic emails, telling me that it's a busy time for the courier. I can't comment on the quality of the product, but looking at other reviews complaining about delivery issues - I wouldn't recommend buying from RetroSnap. I've cancelled the order and will raise an issue with my bank.

Ordered beginning of December for Xmas gifts. Company lied by saying 2 weeks ago that order was shipped & in country & they were waiting on UK courier to update their dispatch info. I contacted UK courier & they said they were still awaiting shipment from retailer. Then yesterday I got an email from retailer telling me not to dispute payment otherwise this would further delay my order. Total scam. I’m furious. I’ve now raised a dispute with my bank on this payment. I suggest all other customers do the same tbh!

This morning instead of owning their mistakes. I get more excuses. (Overselling , making excuses for poor business practices, etc.. Had I been notified of the delay it would have at least acknowledged the problem.

All they had to do was own up and refund the $2.99 they got by misleading me.
Why do I want to pay more for a product that won't arrive for another 3 to 6 weeks.... Maybe.

Other reviews are spot on. I ordered over a month ago, still nothing but vague "its been sent but we can't say when you will get it" sort of responses. Wish I had read here first. Still get spammed at least twice a day with new offers for products that I will never order based on this disappointing experience.

Scam. I ordered 20 days ago with a shipping guarantee of 4 days and no one answers the customer service email. They have thousands of fake customer reviews to make it look legit but they are not authentic. Do not order from this company!!!

This is a scam- as with other reviews please don’t order from this company! There is no sign of my order and it says shipped from China but has not arrived. No response to emails. Not an ethical or sustainable company and probably not a real company altogether. I am going to report it to my bank in the hope that I’ll get my money back. Really stressful before Christmas.
