The staff who picked up my donation…
The staff who picked up my donation were very polite and efficient. And to think I had 2 large items that needed to be disassembled and brought down from the 2nd floor. They were done in like 15 mins. I forgot their names but they were a great tandem! No time wasted :)

Great, fast and easy!
We had a bed frame and a box spring to donate. ReSupply were available the next day and the scheduling was extremely easy - all happened online. They kept me updated when they assigned a driver and when the driver was on his way. The team were very professional and courteous. The whole process was very smooth and we highly recommend them!

I’m waiting for an adjusted bill which is for the couch, chair and Christmas Tree.

It's junk removal but for charity, re-purpose old furnishings.
I needed to remove some vintage dining furniture quickly, so I decided to donate since it could be done in short order as I didn't have the luxury of time listing items and waiting for a buyer if ever.
So, since Habitat didn't pick up in my area, I paid resupply to remove it and take it to the local charity warehouse. The process was easy, quote was fair and both staff from Boston Junk were extremely professional and fast. They were careful carrying out items as it was extremely heavy. The Move was quick and I felt better seeing that old furniture find a new home somewhere than discarded which is what would've happened most likely.
Re-supply is a great service, think junk removal but with purpose.

Donation
Team members worked during holiday weekend to correct a wrong address/driver for my donation. They were very friendly and I appreciate their time to make my donation happen. Pick-up team was great, friendly, and efficient. This was my first experience with Resupply and I would recommend this ministry.
