Easy to schedule an appointment on line and they came two days later! They even moved a heavy chair from upstairs so we didn't have to. A great service and a great cause.

Communication and timeliness was great! 5 out of 5!
The driver parked as far down the driveway as he could, mostly in the street. He didn't get out of his car until I brought the 5 small bags from my porch to his car.
In the past, the drivers were much more friendly and helpful and there wasn't such a strict limit on only 5 bags or boxes. I'm probably going to donate elsewhere next time.

Had a great experience with ReSupply
Had a great experience with ReSupply. Made a last minute request to remove several pieces of heavy furniture from both upstairs and downstairs. Booking was simple. Communication was consistent and timely from booking to arrival. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. House had new carpet, new paint and new wood floors - both movers were amazingly conscientious of preventing any damage. They were also courteous and friendly. Then transporting to a local charity was an added bonus.

An essential service for the community
I was surprised and pleased at how fast my inquiry was responded to, and the pick up was scheduled. The men who came to pick up my couch were wonderful, and I was very grateful that the option to recycle was available since the piece of furniture had a flaw which meant it would not be accepted at the designated charity. This is a wonderful service and I’ve already recommended it to someone.
