Shamsull /Restore provided an excellent service. When I first contacted him I was overwhelmed with the amount of documents that I had to clear. He was very helpful in explaining the process of shredding documents in a clear and simple manner. The task didn't sound so daunting after all. Whenever I have a question he would respond to them quickly. And when it came to the collection they arrived exactly on time. Thank you Shamsull for your support. I have no hesitation in recommend him to future clients.

T&Cs from the stone age BEWARE - DONT USE
Due to business expansion we have decided to centralise the use of one business to collect all confidential waste from all 3 of our regional offices - we tried to give notice on our contract orig. signed in 2019 and was told as we have missed the renewal date SO we now are locked into an automatic 1 year extension !!
HOW IS THAT ALLOWED .... this company has even changed its name since !! So much for being a loyal long standing customer !!

Hi Matt,
I'm very sorry to hear you aren't happy with the service and our contract stipulations.
We do have depots across the country and therefore if you are looking to have a service that is consolidated, this is something we will be able to facilitate for you within your current contract.
If you would like to discuss your current contract further and see if there is anything we can do to help then please do reach out to me and we will review this for you.
Please reach out to me and we can look into this for you.
Many thanks
