Very bad experience.
Very bad experience.
Shredding truck turned up at the wrong address twice.
Service was never completed and I am still awaiting the refund weeks later.

Account management have been communicating regularly during the COVID 19 pandemic and very accommodating on altering our service.
The attending team to our site had a few issues prior to COVID but have since been rectified and the service has improved
