The shipping out was slightly slow but…
The shipping out was slightly slow but it maybe due to the sale season . Thus it is understandable .
The jacket was folded together with the hanger thus the hanger hook portion pressed on the jacket material causing a deep line . And the jacket was very crumbled. Therefore I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars for this purchase . Overall , I am satisfied with my purchasing experience and will definitely patronize Residenza boutique again . Thank you .

The whole experience was amazing! Found the perfect product, the price was amazingly attractive, site easy to navigate, delivery process incredibly fast (I got the product almost immediately - 2 days later from the other side of the world)!

My order came from Europe to the US within 4 days after I paid for it. I honestly was hesitating about the website because I got the shoes with the better price then even in the official website, however my concerns were unfounded, I got the right item.
