I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Res725 sent out damaged (stained) clothes, I contacted the company within 5 business days of the delivery arriving. But I was then questioned why I hadn't contacted the company sooner.
The problem has still not been rectified. Unfortunately poor service, I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with Residenza725. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they don't offer returns, which left me stuck with an item I wasn't satisfied with. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very quick delivery and very happy about the product. However I would suggest to improve the automated AI chat because it did not understand what I wanted to ask. Also to add a delivery timeframe in the email of delivery so to make it clear. Otherwise very happy about the experience.

Dopo aver ordinato il mio prodotto e fatto presente più volte che si trattava di un regalo, la spedizione non è partita nei tempi previsti. Ad oggi, alle ore 15:12 l’ordine risulta ancora non spedito, ho chiesto l’annullamento con il relativo rimborso e mi è stato detto che non è possibile!!! Quindi, mi suggeriscono di attendere che l’ordine parta, arrivi (chissà quando) e poi fare procedura di reso! A mai più!!! Grazie
