Great price and clear to buy. Easy to understand what’s included. I have used rescue my car for years and wouldn’t use anyone else . Always been a great.

Terrific attitude at a sensible price! I think dinosaurs like the AA and the RAC need to watch out. There’s competition ready to snap up customers looking around for alternatives to come to their aid when their car spits, splutters and dies. I think Rescuemycar.com might just be the one to go to!

Very poor service including being lied to on the phone.

In the first instance they could not locate a rescue vehicle. Subsequently I was advised that specialist equipment was required, which would be available the next day however was not covered under the policy.

I was given the alternative option to arrange my own rescue under the premise that £150 would be reimbursed, which I did. Needless to say this has not happened, and they have stopped responding to any communication.

Basically a scam.

Spoke with a very helpful operative who renewed my contract at a very competative rate. So good efficient service.

Call handler adjusted price down from renewal invite. So do haggle.

Been covered by this company a few times always good price service and although paying £40 if recovered I think it’s ideal as if you don’t break down in that year then it’s definitely been a good price - with a years piece of mind

Easy to deal with and great customer service

I joined Rescue My Car nearly a year ago and was surprised to see my renewal quote had increased significantly, even though I hadn’t made any claims. I queried this by email and Ros replied very quickly.

After checking the price again on the website, I found it dropped significantly when I selected the £40 excess option. I then called the office, and the person I spoke to (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) was very efficient and courteous. He adjusted the price for me, and it ended up being cheaper than the previous year.

Excellent service — I can’t fault it. Hopefully the service will be just as good if I ever need to use it!

I have been with Rescue my car for a few years and so far I have not had the need to call them out. The staff over the phone have been helpful and friendly.
