Got my renewal notice for next year and it increased a lot, so went online as I always do to see what others wanted. So then rang customer service to see if they could give me a better price, person on
phone very helpful, went through everything I needed and got a good price, better than thier renewal price. So, pleased with result, but wish companies would just give you a good renewal price without having the hassle of ringing up to get a better price.

excellent deal struck again .competative price .good information.only downside was the telephone wait to speak to agent who was great when i got through.this was due to excess calls at the time

Brilliant cover options
Brilliant cover options. Just pay a nominal amount and every time you need recovering you pay a token amount. Saved a lot of money as compared to the other recovery companies. If you don't breakdown you don't loose anything but the membership fees which is quite a nominal amount for the peace of mind.

Questionable business practice
I was sent an automated renewal quote and was able to get exactly the same policy from Rescuemycar for 2/3 the price just by phoning to query the price. This kind of behaviour is unethical and unprincipled. After this year I will never buy from Rescuemycar again. I will also highlight this behaviour to BBC Radio 4 consumer programmes to ensure others are not deceived.

Ensure you know that you'll have no chance to cancel Auntomatic Renewal, and you will receive no updates, reminders, emails, Texts or any type of communication from them at any point- this should clue you in that its basically a minimum effort, maximum Revenue rip-off
