Honestly I think rep route is one of the best companies out here for going abroad and work the guys here are so friendly and help everyone get jobs. We are like one big family and I wouldn’t change anything with my experience with them. I will be coming back

Me and my mate were told 3 days prior that our accommodation had been double booked so we had to find our own for 2 weeks until they could get us in to our accommodation we were unable to find accommodation for the second week and are now looking for a refund and are unable to get a response we have emailed them 4 times and rang over 10 and they have answered no calls or emails and not made any attempts to contact us back. Definitely would not recommend.

Great accommodation , Great events and Ollie and Aiden made the whole experience so easy for us.

Been here a week and loving it, everything from Accomadation to the events week has been class. Big shoutout to Aidan, Ollie and kayden for doing extra to make everything run smooth.

I have recently arrived in Zante going through rep route and so far it’s been an amazing experience. Our rep Aidan batten does anything for us if we need help or advise thank you Aidan for being the loving caring and funniest person you are❤️ I would advise anyone to come and join the team with rep route to have the experience we are getting

When I first arrived I was a bit nervous as I was travelling on my own for the first time but Aiden made it so much easier to settle in. He brings so much energy to every night out by doing karaoke songs, drinking games and having a great laugh with us all. There was never any pressure to do anything you didn’t want to do and he’s so supportive of everything. Thankyou Aiden you have given me memories I will never forget!! ❤️

My daughter booked a virtual summer job (without any contract, paid only on success fees) along with lodging in Greece. She was obligated to pay 760 € to secure the lodging, still without any contract whatsoever. Due to personal reasons, she had to cancel this job. As she asked to be refunded her deposit, Rep Route waited to reply until the refund date was past, according to their 'internal rules", not accessible on their web site. And keep in mind that if anything happens to you while working with them, you have no social coverage whatsoever. Please use legitimate European hiring companies, as there are plenty.
Following the company's response, here is ours.
First of all, yes, I used harsch words towards their Manager (and not their team as stated), for which I apologize. But my "unprofessionnal behavior" was at the level of their unprofessionnal way of conducting business. Let me be clear : my daughter received a confirmation email AFTER sending money, but never received a lodging or job contract. As a matter of fact, Rep-Route just confirmed my statements : they view their website "terms and agreement" as a contract, which it cannot be, even in GB. A written and signed contract is enforceable, while "terms and agreements" are not. Then, regarding the cancellation form, my daughter was told by their staff that it was useless since the deadline was over; so she did not fill it out. Finally, they confuse "social coverage" (health insurance particularly) with their "helping others", not quite the same...
So we maintain our position towards this company's highly questionable hiring and lodging procedures.
