Had a solid time with Reproute
Had a solid time with Reproute. They set me up with a decent job that let me explore a new place while earning some cash. The people were helpful, and the accommodations were comfortable enough. I got to meet some cool folks along the way. If you’re looking to work and travel without too much hassle, Reproute’s a good option. I’d recommend it.

I was so nervouse to come out here but as soon as I got here I felt at home straight away. Never met more welcoming friendly people. I would 110% recommend coming here. Main rep kiki has being Nothing but helpful and amazing. I would defo come again and defo 100% with rep route!!!

An unforgettable experience, 10/10!
A fantastic company with wonderful staff and a fun and friendly attitude, cannot rate it highly enough.
I was picked up at the airport, looked after really well from the first second, and had such a great time until the minute I flew home - do not miss out on this opportunity!
Kiki and Aiden were especially great, and really made it feel like one big family, so even coming out to Greece alone was no stress at all.
Don't hesitate, go book a holiday with Rep Route, you won't regret it.

RepRoute for life!!
At first I was nervous to take on this adventure as I have never been away by myself before….. how I was wrong!
The friendship love and support the reps Ash and Kiki have shown me has been beyond amazing. I genuinely think of them as the brother and sister I never had.
Through out the highs and lows of the trip they have been there to guide me the entire time.
The parties the, cocktails the family meals. Have all blown away my expectations! RepRoute always make sure we are drinking and eating the best, with a very nice discount due to the wristband.
The events week was my highlight of the experience. Getting to meet all the other guests and enjoying the activities.
Thank you so much for the journey of a life time can’t wait to be back next year!!

KIKI my favourite Rep Route Rep
I had my 1st 2 wild months at zante and when i was about to be out of accommodation the lovely Rep Route Rep KIKI sort me out and help in everything that i needed to have somewhere to sleep. She is one of the best reps that ive seen and ive ever had in my entire life. She also invited to all the possible events that were held in the package which i mostly appreciated from her she is nice lovely and someone that i can fully trust and i couldn't thanks her enough for all the things that she have done for me i would recommend to go Abroad with Rep Route.

Zante - Parents View
My daughter has just returned from a month in Zante , I have to say the whole experience was shambolic , from day 1 arriving they herded the new arrivals into a room and basically pressure sold and ensured they parted with their cash for room deposits ( no one received anything back), trips that were far more expensive than any available elsewhere. The accommodation was sub standard no toilet seat , broken cooker , faulty shower none of these repaired in the month! The work introductions are lame and roughly work out at £3 per hour through the night so totally not self sustainable , there were instances of bullying amongst the reps on what’s app messages which were extremely derogatory , and to top it all no transport back to the airport , which enabled local taxi drivers to charge what they want €35 for 12 minutes , take my advice and give this a wide berth or you as parents will be fully funding a month of existing not enjoying the experience.

We are responding to this review publicly as it would appear our direct conversation has now reached a point in which we cannot seem to receive a response to help us in resolving this matter.
As has been made clear in our various messages, emails and efforts to make contact with you regarding this matter, our stance is that we are very disappointed by the comments made here and that we remain extremely keen to discuss these matters with your daughter, Aimee, the person who actually allegedly had this experience.
We understand that as a parent you may be concerned on behalf of your daughter, but posting reviews on behalf of others without full understanding or elaboration on what exactly has happened is unfortunately not entirely helpful when it comes to us attempting to uncover what has happened and to offer any form of resolution.
It has now been almost 4 months of attempts from us to yourself and your daughter to try to hold a conversation about what has happened.
As such, our only remaining option is to respond to these claims publicly without any form of explanation.
We would like for it to be known that in any instances that our guests are unhappy with any form of the service that firstly it would be much more beneficial for the guest in question to utilise the in resort rep team for support with these issues and secondly, where the decision is made to leave & then give a full account for what has happened. You must also respect the fact that you have posted your review on behalf of a guest who has raised no such issues with us directly and therefore it is difficult to determine whether these claims are in fact accurate.
We remain keen to learn more on this matter and are awaiting response to our various messages.
Allow for us to attempt to respond to the claims made in any case, however, we must once again state that you have refused to give any further information on these alleged claims.
1. "From day 1 arriving they herded the new arrivals into a room and basically pressure sold and ensured they parted with their cash for room deposits"
It is completely standard for guests who book a holiday / accommodation to be checked in to their accommodation, on day one, and to make payment of the accommodation damage deposit - we see no issue with this other than the way in which you have worded this to make the process sound negative. All guests who have been in contact with us have received their damage deposits back and if you were to respond to our attempts of contact and work with us to resolve this there would be no difference in this case.
2. "trips that were far more expensive than any available elsewhere."
Included in the messages in which you have yet to respond to is a kind request for information on which specific 'trip' you are referring to. Without this information it is impossible for us to respond to such a vague claim, however, we can state that trip prices do vary depending on which vendor you utilise.
3. "The accommodation was sub standard"
Your daughter was allocated to stay in Atlantis Studios which is regarded to as Bronze Tier accommodation. Workers Accommodation, traditionally, is standard and if you were seeking closer to luxury we do offer upgraded accommodation in the form of Silver & Gold Tier rooms. This was made clear to guests prior to travel to resort and is also possible to change whilst in resort.
We work with specific recruiters in Zante who offer wages a lot higher than the '£3 per hour' you have stated. Again, without giving us information on this it is difficult to respond but if this were the case it would be assumed that this work was not something in which Rep Route has set up.
Your claims regarding 'bullying' are extremely alarming and the main part in which we are seeking an explanation for. We have a zero tolerance stance on Bullying and in the event that we believe this is occurring those responsible are at risk of eviction.
AVOID AT ALL COST
NEW
NEVER use this company the biggest scam going, arrived there and the hotel in which we were meant to be staying in no longer existed, we got pressured into paying a €270 fee the minute we got there on top of nearly over a grand on accommodation (which was absolutely awful) and flights. i could go on but in simple terms do not use rep route if your life depended on it

This is incredibly disappointing that you have chosen to post your negative review publicly instead of making any form of contact with our resort rep team or office team in effort to resolve your issue.
To state that the hotel in which you were meant to be staying 'no longer exists' is completely false as several guests were housed in this block. Your original accommodation, Must Sports Bar, does exist and the only reason in which you did not stay in this block is due to a free upgrade from a 3 person room up to a 2 person room that was given to you out of courtesy.
The 270 EUR you paid includes:
- A 50 EUR Refundable Damage Deposit
- A 50 EUR Rep Fee
- 20 EUR of Eco Tax
- 150 EUR Events Package
The accommodation fees you were made aware of weeks prior to your arrival.
The events package is completely optional and something both yourself and your friend decided to purchase on your own accord with this being something we recommend to get to know the resort as well as employers and the other workers that arrived on the same date as yourself and your friend.
Your price of £599 per person, to cover a full month in Zante in peak season (July) is also significantly less than 'a grand' as you have stated.
Please include factual information if you are to write reviews and we also heavily recommend making contact with our team if there are any issues or concerns that you would of liked to of been resolved.
As we did not receive a single message or call from you throughout your stay to inform us of your disappointment this makes it impossible for us to determine your clear unhappiness. Moving you to alternative accommodation was and is always an option for our guests who wish to be moved.
The Reps host meetings 3 times each week which invite guests to share their comments, feelings or concerns with the view of resolving these. As you did not attend any of these, nor make any form of contact with any member of our team, we were not made aware of any issues you were experiencing.

Definitely the best place I’ve stayed
Such lovely people, the rooms are very nice have everything you’d need. If you’re looking to book speak with Jordan he is definitely one of the best people I could recommend. Place is literally on the strip so also a perfect location I will be staying here again! I look forward to my 2 months here♥️
