RentX Albania - Rent a car in Tirana Airport & more. Omdömen

We had an amazing rental.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always answered patiently all our questions.
The service was absolutely great!
They went way and beyond to help us out, and when our daughter forgot her teddybears in the hotel. They collected them at the hotel and send them to our home in Amsterdam.
Such a kind and great thing to do. It ment the world to us!

We absolutely recommend them to everyone. And if we ever travel to Albania again we will definitely book a car here!

Thank you for all your kindness.

Buena comunicación con la empresa de alquiler. Pendiente de cualquier problema. Recomendable y económico

MUITO BOM APP, CARROS BONS, PESSOAS LOCATÁRIAS MUITO EDUCADAS, JÁ ALUGAMOS POR 2 VEZES E NÃO TIVEMOS PROBLEMAS.
RECOMENDO MUITO 👍🏻😊

We had a really friendly car rental agent. Everything went very smoothly and easily for us.

They were very helpful, no unpleasant surprises. The car was great.

Application is very handy to find and rent cars, as to know which will be rental conditions. Therefore I heartily recommend Rentx !

I booked with Auto Shira Car Rental last year, I was extremely satisfied with the company, that's why I chose them again. I will share my good experience.

I had a great experience with this car rental. The process was smooth, the car was in excellent condition, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them and would definitely rent again.

Every thing was great

We’ve now rented from RentX Albania twice – once in 2023 and again in 2025 – and on both occasions, the experience has been flawless from start to finish. As a family of seven from New Zealand (five children aged 4 to 16), we needed a reliable, spacious and well-insured vehicle for a multi-country road trip through Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia and into Italy. RentX delivered in every possible way.

From the initial enquiry to vehicle return, communication was consistently prompt, honest and helpful. The team made sure we were well-informed about every aspect of the rental, including cross-border insurance, fees, and road regulations for each country.

Cost-wise, RentX was excellent value for money, with no hidden fees, clear paperwork and a very human approach that made everything stress-free. They even partnered with Auto Zvicra, who supplied the vehicle – a collaboration that worked perfectly.

What truly stood out was their integrity and flexibility. When we had questions along the way or needed clarification, someone was always there to respond kindly and clearly. In an industry where communication can sometimes be patchy, RentX is a real gem.

We’ll be recommending RentX to any friends or travellers heading to Albania or the Balkans. Thank you for your honesty, professionalism, and hospitality – we’ll absolutely be back!

Great support, great guy

Good car, did the job

Great car with a really good price. The person who managed the delivery was very kind and polite.
I really recommend this company.

Esperienza positiva sin dalla prenotazione. Arrivando in aeroporto abbiamo subito trovato l'auto da noi prenotata.
