What I liked most was that the cars were brand new and modern, with full electronic panels and very good comfort. The model Hyundai Venue 2025 made a big difference and gave a much better driving experience. The car was clean, in perfect condition, and exactly what I expected. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig ein Auto gemietet. Die Übergabe war super, er hat mir kurz alles gezeugt und es ging nicht lange. Das Auto war in einem top Zustand und sauber. Auch die Abnahme verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder wenn ich nach Tirana komme.

Sympatic staff. Car was a WV Golf, a bit old, smelling too much a cigarette. Some lights flashing all the time on car´s panel (oil, lights, airbag and another one which I don´t even know what it means). Resuming, I was expecting better quality for the price

I recently rented a Hyundai Bayon through a car rental service and was very satisfied! The car is modern, fuel-efficient, and very maneuverable—perfect for city driving. The interior is comfortable, all the tech works flawlessly, and the trunk was surprisingly spacious for a family trip.

I especially liked the option to leave the deposit in cash—it's convenient if you don’t want to deal with card holds. The staff explained all the terms clearly, with no hidden fees.

The local rental company confirmed the positive reviews. Good prices, the car in fair conditions. The low deposit (300 euros) can be deposited in cash or paid on the spot by card online (in the other hand, it was not possible to pay by a card physically), excellent communication via WhatsApp, helpfulness and willingness (our flight arrival was delayed by a few hours). No detailed scrutiny upon the return (we probably added a small scratch that was overlooked or just pardoned), we were also pardoned the extra fee for exceeding the mileage limit. The rental worker drove us to the airport building and already on the way he handled the return of the deposit, immediately the report of the cancelled payment arrived, the money were credited to the card within two days. It confirmed our experience that dilligent local rentals are better than international chains.

We rent from this company all the time we visit Albania and the experience have been great! Cars always been i a very good condition and never had any issues. However, i would suggest you reset the car computer so it doesn't pop up different errors for no reason. Also, this time the car didn't have the boot cover and my Nike shoes and wifes sandals melted as a result of the extreme heat. I would recommend them because of the great value for money and great customer experience. Thank you and see you next time in April 2025.

The rental team were very welcoming and helpful, both via WhatsApp and in person at the office. Thanks to selecting the full coverage, I was not asked to produce a credit card or leave a deposit. The Citroen Elysée was a good choice for my trip.

Usually use international franchise when renting a car but after some investigation and poor feedback from the likes of Avis etc we decided to go local.
Pricing was good, insurance cover was well explained and transparent. Also quick to answer questions before committing. Also had the benefit of city pick up and airport drop off.
Small car had a reasonable mileage but was clean and appeared in good condition. Pick up and documentation was easy and quick Whars App communication on the first day was quick and effective. Drop off simple and close to airport check in 7 min walk)
So all in all a good experience and an enjoyable 7 day rental allowing us to see a lot of what Albania has to offer🤗 would recommend using over larger international franchises
