I’m not gonna lie, when I first made my purchase I thought it was too good to be true and I probably got scammed. A week later I got an email saying they were crafting my ring and will polish it before sending it out. They sent me the certificate for exact diamond I picked out along with the ring and I saved thousands. I wish I knew about them the first time I got married.

I purchased a 2ct asscher cut diamond to surprise my wife for her birthday! The ordering process was easy, the delivery packaging was immaculate. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive! She loves it and so do I! Looking forward to continued business with Renaissance Jewel.​

Fast shipping in a discrete box so people seeing the package wouldn’t realize what’s inside…. Loved it! I am in love with the diamonds. My husband and I chose this as my engagement ring upgrade for our 10 yr anniversary and the 2 diamonds represent our love and our son! They also gave me a link to track the progress and i always check it out. Easy to track the progress.

What made my experience? Great was that they were very easy to talk to if I had questions or if I had concerns. They answered every question and they were very professional. They really made the process easy. The ring that I received was absolutely beautiful. Everyone loves it. All around. Renaissance did an amazing job.

Overall the experience was good. Renaissance Jewel kept you informed throughout the process. There was just a small glitch in the customer portal, by saying final quality check and polishing would take 3 to 4 days. It remained in that mode for over a week. But the quality and price for the ring excellent. I am very happy, my fiancee loves the ring.

The entire process was smoothe and amazing. My now fiance planned to propose in Vegas but misunderstood the production time, panic set in and we reached out to the online service team. Shaun gave me daily updates, expedited the production and shipping. The ring arrived the day before we left. The craftsmanship is amazing and the ring is a spectacular showstopper.
