Extremely happy with this purchase. I ordered 6 carat total weight lab diamond studs (3ct each) and they exceeded my expectations. The diamonds are D color, VVS2 clarity, and the sparkle and overall look are exactly what I was hoping for—bright, clean, and very high-end.
The stones are well matched, the setting feels secure, and everything arrived as described. For the size and quality, the value is excellent.
Smooth experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Renaissance Jewel to anyone looking for quality lab diamond jewelry at a strong price.

100% Recommend!! My Ring is Amazing!
The website was soo easy to use. I absolutely love the link they send to track the progress of your jewelry and the added pictures as they put your pieces together. Also how they email you your diamond certification info and send the official along with your jewelry. I love my ring and am completely happy with how it turned out and would 100% order from them again. My fiance did soo good. I am so in love with this ring. We will definitley be ordering my wedding band from them.

Good customer service, amazing turn around
I ordered an engagement ring after customizing it with my specifications; size, style and diamond. It was made, shipped and delivered I think in 2 weeks. It’s to my specifications and I’m honestly so pleased. I also had an issue with my shipping address because I used the Shop App to order and pay. I contacted them, sent a text with the correct address and it was mailed to the right address.

My order was supposed to arrive Friday…
My order was supposed to arrive Friday the 24th for my ladies birthday today. The shipment seems to be lost in the great void. No updates since the 21st from FedEx. Very disappointed!

To clarify, the ring size that was shipped matches the ring size submitted on your order. QC photos confirming the size are available on our tracking portal at tracking.renaissancejewel.com. Because your ring features diamonds along the band, resizing isn't possible without compromising quality, so we remake the piece entirely to ensure it meets our standards. With platinum, that process does take approximately 2–3 weeks.
