I contacted Renaissance and was told that I could order a single earring replacement, which I did. Two weeks later the missing earring turned up. I contacted Renaissance and they immediately initiated a refund. Highly recommend

I’m not gonna lie, when I first made my purchase I thought it was too good to be true and I probably got scammed. A week later I got an email saying they were crafting my ring and will polish it before sending it out. They sent me the certificate for exact diamond I picked out along with the ring and I saved thousands. I wish I knew about them the first time I got married.
