I called remediator after hearing about them on A-current Affair and I’m so glad I did! They obtained a refund of thousands that I didn’t know I had owing to me. Thanks so much

Remediator were incredibly efficient and did all the work. I was surprised to receive an email with $2600 recovered on my behalf in a couple of weeks.
20% deduction was well worth it although including GST it was 30%. I missed that one in the beginning but still worth it considering I wouldn’t have done this myself.

Comm Bank keeps on giving back money they stole from sham protection to trustful people like me.

The service was a very easy process I actually had to do nothing. The Comm bank paid straight up they did not even flinch they knew they were at fault thank you Remediator for getting back $1200 Well done keep up the good work.

The remediator team have done an exceptional job in getting back around $8000 in insurance premiums between myself and my partner. You don't even miss the fees, ($1600 over our refunds), all for something that you would never expect to see again.

I was not happy whatsoever with my experience with Remediator. I expressed this previously by email only to have it disregarded.

I'm really starting to think this is a scam.

I contacted them initially and they collected my information then proceeded to ignore every single bit of contact I made with them.

Following that, I saw them show up on Facebook and commented saying that. They replied publicly saying they will resolve this and got in touch and claimed that the original person had left the company and asked for me to send through my information again.

Now I seem to be blocked from their Facebook page.

I have messaged since and been ignored even though they have received the message.

I'm starting to think this is a scam after all of this.
