I had a talk with customer service more than 5 times, they have taken the details and told me will arrange a call back to you, but still no one call me back yet and sending the invoices without doing any overdue fines…what a cheating they are doing with customers.
They are sending fine and penalty charges 3 times than the invoice amount.

My experience with Get My Refund Pty Ltd has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their service was utterly appalling and fell far below any reasonable expectations. Despite their bold claims, this company failed to deliver on their promises. I was assured that my refund would be processed quickly and efficiently, but instead, I encountered frustrating delays with no clear explanation. Weeks turned into months, months into 3 years and I was left in the dark, wondering if I was dealing with a fictious business. The customer service at Get My Refund Pty Ltd is practically non-existent. Attempts to contact them were met with either complete silence or vague, unhelpful responses. It became painfully clear that they have no regard for their customers once they've taken your money. The lack of communication was both frustrating and unacceptable. What shocked me the most was the total lack of accountability. Not once did they offer a sincere apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience they caused. They consistently dodged responsibility, leaving me to feel as though I was dealing with a shady operation rather than a legitimate business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS In summary, Get My Refund Pty Ltd is a company that should be avoided at all costs. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver on their promises make them one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
