Such good quality clothes and make me feel amazing in them - even with the post Christmas bloat! Delivery was really quick and easy but it’s genuinely the quality of the clothes that keep me ordering staple wardrobe pieces!
Really didn’t want to do this
Really didn’t want to do this, however I’ve been left with no choice due to have no reply via email / social media. Ordered on the 27th November, still not received my order or had any communication. I have supported the company from the begigging and now I’m having to do a charge back with my back. I’m so disappointed. I hope they turn this around as it seems their reputation is becoming disrupted.
Order not received and its been over 12 weeks…
Placed an order 30 sept for kym bodysuit and skort. I didn't receive the skort until mid november and have not received the kym bodysuit to date! I have been understanding but now the bodysuit has been put on sale and yet i paid full price for it and have not received it. How can the item be put on sale when they can't fulfil existing orders. All commucations have stopped. I have emailed multiple times in December and not received a response.
No communication
Ordered on 10th December. Now 26th and I havnt received my order, no dispatch confirmation yet and no reply to any of my emails.

There was a bit of a delay with my order due to black friday etc, but the customer service was great and I love my new clothes!

Order not received and poor customer experience
Order placed 2nd December and still not received as of the 22nd. I have emailed 3 times without reply and there is no way to contact on social media as they have turned comments etc off. So no idea what is going on.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, still posting on socials about if you order now it’ll come in time for Christmas. However numerous customers, including myself, waiting for orders from over three weeks ago, I just would like a refund now as ordered for an event. No replies to four emails, have limited comments on IG and ignoring comments on Facebook and TikTok and still advertising. Very frustrating to say the least and now over £100 out of pocket as not a cheap brand.
I really love this brand
I really love this brand, I had a few issues with communication and delivery however the team were super supportive and ensured my order was sent out in time for my holiday.
My order was beautiful as always with amazing quality. After three children I feel so supported and confident in their bodysuits and swimwear.

Really disappointed with RELR
Really disappointed with RELR. I ordered on 29th November and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions, tried to comment on Insta (comments disabled), and left an Insta message. I got an email reply back on Monday saying that my order has been dispatched, when it hasn't, EVRI tracking is still saying that they're expecting the parcel as of 10th Dec. In the email, the customer service rep has said that they've lost a key member of the team. I'm not sure if this means bereavement or that someone has moved on to another job, it wasn't entirely clear. Whilst absolutely will give grace in these circumstances, this has been an ongoing issue even before their Black Friday sale. I hate having to write reviews like this because I love their ethos and celebration of all bodies. But I cannot in good faith recommend this RELR to anyone based on the really poor customer experience, in particular lack of clear communication, misleading delivery timeframes, inability to ask for a refund, and overall lack of clarity.
Disappointing customer experience
Disappointing experience from the Black Friday sale with similar issues to other reviewers below. I’m happy to wait a week for dispatch from a small business, especially during a busy period, however I’ve had no email updates, still no dispatch 2.5 weeks later and can’t get a response or update from the company despite ordering £170 worth of items. I usually love the quality and style of their clothes however I’ve made multiple orders previously and had various issues on each (wrong items received, no refunds issued on returned items) so this will be my last time ordering from RELR sadly.
Clients ignored / several emails without any answer about order
I ordered with them 20 days ago, and I asked several times via email any update about my order.
Unfortunately they are not even able to respond or give any information or potentially refund. It’s a disappointing experience and don’t recommend.
Ignore your clients is not a good way.

Seems like so many other people are having the same issue from Black Friday purchases. Sent multiple emails regarding my order, just to be ignored :( tried to DM on instagram and of course they don’t monitor their DMs, and you can’t comment on their posts as they’ve turned off comments. Only update ive had is from Evri saying they’re expecting my parcel, this was a week ago and nothing else. Really need to work on their customer service skills, I’ve spent £120 on clothing and just getting ignored. Will be raising a dispute with my bank. Not good enough.
Amazing quality and service
The item I ordered was in a Black Friday sale which meant I could get the item at a lower price which was amazing. I was informed that Black Friday items may be slower in shipping due to the volume of orders however, it was shipped so quickly and arrived in time for my work Christmas party which I was thrilled about. The item is great quality and fit perfectly for my curves.

They are super wearable because they are such great 'core pieces' you can build cute outfits around, and the material feels good quality, not thin like lots of the other options out there.

I really wanted to like RERL
I really wanted to like RERL, but the service was genuinely awful.
I understand they’re a start-up business, however it took over a month for my order to arrive (i realise from previous reviews ive been quite lucky with that) with zero communication about dispatch. No updates, a brief response to my email to state they had a black friday backlog and would send next day when it was ready, which tbf they did do but they didnt send a dispatch note, it just turned up 🤣.
When the order finally arrived, one item was missing, so now I’m expecting to wait months again just to get a refund. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating and poorly handled.
The only positive is that the clothes themselves are lovely quality, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, good products don’t make up for shocking customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering until the business has grown and has the capacity to offer a basic, reliable level of service.
