DO NOT PURCHASE!

I have spent a lot of money with Relr in the past and loved all of the products. My recent order has not been fulfilled and left me circa £100 out of pocket.

I have emailed 3 times, messaged twice on Instagram and messaged the owner on LinkedIn with still no response.

It looks like the company has gone into administration so do not buy anything as you will not receive the goods or your money back!

Awful experience from a valued and loyal customer

I have used these for years. I pay for membership to get free shipping and exclusives for the brands. Ordered a parcel from a gift card that my dad got me before he passed away - obviously this has some meaning behind it. I ordered some leggings which despite saying arrived never did. I have emailed them over 10 times now and this has still not been sorted. I have even dmed on instagram and commented on posts to try and get someone to look into this for me. I’m gutted as, as mentioned, I used a gift card to pay for these that was from my dad before he passed. So gutted as always thought this company was worth it however I wouldn’t order again now and feel let down as a valued customer of so many years.

Im currently having a problem getting a…

Im currently having a problem getting a refund for a dress that i returned. Looking at reviews there are very similar reviews saying the company cancelled the refund after issuing to paypal which is what happened to me. Having to open a claim through paypal is not good especially when customer service advised they would reissue the refund. This has still not been done. Shame as i would have reordered in future in bigger size , but not now having experienced such poor customer service. It doesnt matter how nice the clothes are if you know it will be a hassle to get a refund or exchange it will massively effect your custom.

My third order with this company

My third order with this company, I ordered the Ivy dress 48 hours ago and it arrived today. It is such a gorgeous dress, everything I have had from relr is excellent quality and well worth the money. Always wash well, built to last and make you feel amazing!

No reply to emails, no refund to returned item!!

I returned an item on 17th December and have not received my refund. I have emailed the company and they are not responding. I am very aware that the item has been mislaid by Royal Mail. I tried to claim from Royal Mail but they informed me that it was the company that should claim not the customer.
I followed all the agreed instructions so once I posted the return my responsibility ended.
I would be very wary of this company. I love their clothes but the Customer Service is appalling. I want my refund… it’s not too much to ask!!

Update: 27th March and still waiting on refund. Despite numerous emails with scant response. The company has asked for bank details twice now but still nothing.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Mystery sample bag

Bought a mystery Sample bag really chuffed with my items gorgeous dress and lovely playsuit which will lovely for my upcoming holidays. Ordered on Wednesday and delivered Friday lunchtime.

My last couple of orders have all arrived really quickly so really pleased with the service I have recently received.

I ordered the “Ivy” dress a few days ago, and it arrived this morning — it fits like a dream! The quality is incredible, and it’s so flattering on. I honestly can’t wait to wear it out. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! 🌹❤️😍

I placed my order & 48 hours later it arrived. I ordered the “Ivy” dress, firstly, the dress itself is stunning! I’ve bought the dress for an upcoming wedding in the summer and the fabric feels AMAZING to wear. It’s true to size, I ordered the 10-12 and it fits like a glove. I think the style has been thought out so carefully and will suit all body shapes. I’m in love with the print and can’t wait to style it!

My order was never dispatched.

Ordered a pair of leggings on the 4th of January which was my 1st order. Sent an email on the 1st of February having allowed plenty of time for the leggings to be dispatched however, this afternoon, I've involved my bank to refund the money paid to RELR.
Oddly, RELR are still very much in my emails with their promotional marketing which is insulting when they're unable to fulfill numerous orders having read the reviews here.

Buyer beware.

I ordered one of their dresses, it didn’t fit. I sent it back 19.01.26. They issued a refund. This refund failed. PayPal informed me there were insufficient funds to honour the refund. They ignore emails and direct messages. I eventually replied to a marketing email and got a reply. They re-issued the refund in 4.02.26 but guess what it is not clearing. I can’t get them to respond to any communication. They have the dress and my £55 Buyer beware.
Update. After sending numerous emails etc I sent a direct message on Instagram to the owner of the company. She was very annoyed I had contacted her on her personal account. After which I finally got a reply from customer services, blaming PayPal for the refund failing and promising me a bank transfer by yesterday 17th Feb
Guess what no money has been received and they are back to ignoring emails. I will be reporting to consumer bodies and trading standards today.
Update 18th Feb. Hooray finally a refund !!! I have been blocked on Instagram and have still not received a response to my emails but at least I have my money back. Would I ever buy off them again. Absolutely not. Had they responded and treated me with some respect I would not have had to resort to negative reviews and direct messaging people. No way to treat your customers and I am far from the only one they have treated this way.

Amazing service

Amazing service, I emailed on the off chance of there being any additional stock for an item I really wanted for a special occasion and they really quickly replied saying they could help, put the item on the site for me to purchase and shipped the same day so it would arrive in time for me. What more can you ask for! I’ve ordered from RELR since the very beginning, dresses, trousers, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear - it’s 10/10 quality and worth every penny!

After reading several reviews it would appear that this company has made a lot of money on unfulfilled orders. I too placed an order on the 11th Jan and have been ignored on social media and via their direct, heavily advertised "contact" email address. Ive no idea if my order will ever arrive or if someone will actually respond. The complete lack of communication is so disrespectful to the customers. I wont be ordering again, absolutely awful customer service.

Stupidly thought I’d give them 1 more go, don’t do it to yourself.

Stupidly thought I’d give them 1 more go in their sale. Ordered 2 items, only to receive 1 of them. With no email to let me know that I wouldn’t be receiving all of my order or that I’m receiving a refund for the item that I haven’t received.

Their customer service is non existent since Charlotte left, it seems she was the one that was holding the business together. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all anymore, which is a shame, as this used to be my go to brand, but not anymore. I wouldn’t recommend them at all anymore.

I placed an order on the 12th Jan which I am still waiting for. I have sent emails to no avail and I have been blocked from commenting on instagram. My order was £111. I am trying to regain my money. I have used the business in the past but won’t in future and will not recommend. It is awful how they can advertise to be now having a sale when they can’t fill orders prior. So disappointed in this brand.

Gone completely downhill - avoid

I have purchased from this company so many times in the past, but my last two orders with them have been chaos. Their customer service team seems to have completly dissappeared. I placed an order on the 6th Jan, received random items on the 9th and have since attempted to contact them 5 times with no reply. Social media is a dead end. I've even attempted to contact the co-founder directly and been ignored. I'm over £100 down and have now raised a complaint through PayPal. It's such a shame because the clothing has always been wonderful in the past and its a brand I've recommended to so many others. Now I won't touch it with a barge pole.

Poor customer service

I have used this brand for a very very long time now and have ordered hundred and hundreds of pounds worth of clothes however I must say of late the customer service is poor. I ordered a dress on 11th Jan in the sale 2 weeks later I chased as it hadn’t arrived - was told they’d check with Evri despite not even having an email to say it had been dispatched. Sent numerous follow up emails to ask for an update and was just ignored. Dress didn’t arrive for the event I purchased it for so had to buy another last minute. Then weeks later get an email saying sorry it’s now out of stock and will get refunded and claiming it’s been lost in transit when Evri never actually received it. They think providing a discount code makes up for poor customer service and it doesn’t. So sad when your loyal to a small business/brand however no other small business/brand that I use do I ever have these issues. They don’t care about normal customers they’re only phased by the celebrities that purchase from them.

I have to say I'm really disappointed…

I have to say I'm really disappointed with this company. Knowing that it's a small company I decided to give them a go rather then going to a high street brand.
I received my order even through it was a little late, however the fit on the leggings wasn't great and they are really baggy around the ankles.
I submitted a return which was fine although a bit annoying that I have to pay for the return but then I have no access to the return label. It's not in my account or the confirmation email.
I've tried emailing a few times now and no response.
Really disappointed with this and now I'm probably stuck with these leggings that don't fit.

Do not order from this company!

I have ordered a dress on 11/01 and it still has not arrived. I have tried to contact the company's customer service department twice with no luck! Absolutely disgusted with how they treat their customers. The items are not cheap and for them not to even provide an update on when the parcel will arrive is disgraceful!

So disappointed and desperate to get my money back.
