I highly recommend Relip for anyone looking to take their business to the next level.

If you're tired of wasting money on bad leads, do yourself a favor and try Relip. I've seen a significant improvement in the quality of leads since I started using their platform. Plus, the team is super helpful and responsive. Two thumbs up from me.

I've been burned by lead generation services in the past, but Relip is different. The leads are solid and the team is always working to optimize campaigns for better results. I've already closed a few loans thanks to them. Highly recommend.

First, the company salesman, Brian Karwoski, used misleading information and pressure sales tactics to entice me into trusting Relip. He blatantly said Relip offered 100% financing for fix and flip loans. There are only a handful of companies in the country that offer this financing option, so it would be of great value to have access to this product for a lender.

Upon signing up and being charged I have my introduction call with Jordan David. Once we spoke, I was informed that the products offered during the sales pitch were not available. As I continued my service with the company, I was made aware of additional lies regarding their services...

I removed access to my advertising account half way through a billing cyle. Upon removing access, I was blocked from Relip's CRM. Therefore I could no longer access leads or submit loans for review. When I asked for a refund of my monthly fees, I was told I would not be offered a prorated refund. So I lost access to any services [ie. loan products or the CRM that housed my leads generated through Facebook/IG ads] but I'm still being billed...

This is extremely bad business and I would suggest anyone considering Relip to read this review beforehand. Do not let their high pressure sales tactics or the month to month commitment fool you. The only reason any broker/lender would work with this company is for access to loan products. However, they are a broker themselves. The fees charged indicate they are not a direct lender.

Generic ads management is typically 200-300 per month. Relip is charging 750-1000 because they are selling their potential customers on the idea that they have access to exclusive financing options. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I recently started working with Relip in both their marketing and lending platform and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. I'm always skeptical about lead buys. Generally, you can chalk it up to losing your investment along with frustration and empty promises. Relip has been an amazing surprise! They have done everything as promised with excellent communication and most importantly, RESULTS! Looking forward to expanding our relationship.

Jordan is a scam... I tried his service, the ads he was creating kept on getting rejected and my Facebook account is disabled now because of him.. Appears he is a compulsive liar.. I disputed this charge from my credit card and got a full refund after I had showed the credit card company proof that he did not deliver what he promised.. Be careful from all these positive remarks because they all popped up in the past few days which seems really suspicious.... I would never give you a shot ever again due to your unprofessionalism and you tried smearing me to the credit card company with your lie saying I was erratic, paranoid and unreasonable when it was you that was unreasonable not giving me a status on my account.. luckily I had proof of your lie..

RELIP is an amazing system, the leads are high quality and a great way to diversify your mortgage business. Especially in this market when confirming loans are slowing down, the investor loans are booming! Investors are always looking to buy, flip and buy more. This gives you more opportunity to sell more loans to the same investor(s) multiple times per year(s) vs confirming loans which limits the opportunity. I highly recommend RELIP! Give them a try!
