Relip helped us move into more commercial and investor deals without having to rebuild our whole process. The deal management and lender matching are the real value here.

We’ve tried a lot of tools over the years. Most promise automation and deliver very little. Relip isn’t magic, but it does what it says — faster responses, cleaner deal flow, less chasing.

Setup took a bit of time, but once everything was live it started paying off. The AI screening alone cut out a lot of tire-kickers. We’re talking to fewer people, but better ones.

What I like most is that Relip actually understands investment lending. This isn't a generic CRM pretending to work for brokers. The workflows and deal logic make sense for DSCR and bridge deals.

Relip has been solid for our shop. We already had leads coming in, but the follow-up and deal organization were a mess. This cleaned that up fast. Not perfect, but it’s saved us a lot of manual work.

Horrible. Jordan and team over promise and undelivered. They force you in a long-term contract and the leads are horrible. 99% of the leads coming in are people that never selected the marketing piece and are not interested in anything RE. Did the program for 6-9 months followed step by step their program and wasted a lot of money and most importantly TIME. Thousands of dollars and not one closed loan.

On another note, Jordan never answers his phone. Just trust me do not waste your money with these guys, I wish I never did.

Thought this would be a waste of time, honestly, I've been doing traditional resi loans for years, and didn't see how this would help. But a few days in, I was already connecting with real investors. It's not flawless, but it's working - I'm closing deals, and that's what counts.

I was about to quit this business, tired of chasing ghost leads. relip actually made it fun again. first time in months in excited to check my pipeline.

I like how I can automate everything with it. It syncs with my airtable and triggers followups automatically. leads are good but the real value is saving me hours each day.

we're a 3 person shop and needed something to help us scale. relip got us investor leads fast and the ai followup is actually legit. saves me so much damn time not chasing tire kickers.

Thought it was another gimmick platform ngl. but once i saw how fast the leads came in i changed my tune. booked 3 calls first week, 1 closed already. it's not cheap but worth it for me.

im not good with tech but support was really helpful getting me set up. i still dont understand half of it but im getting leads so thats what matters i guess lol.

Just started using relip, little confused at first ngl but once i got on the onboarding call it made more sense. i got 4 leads in 1st week. still following up but one looks solid. fingers crossed.

They promise the moon and the stars, but what you get is far from that. I made the mistake of signing on with relip.co for a second time, spending $4800 to try out their "upgraded" system with AI. Their AI could barely handle basic communications with potential leads, often asking the same question multiple times after a lead had answered. It was little more than pre-scripted responses based on a few key words.

The leads on the other hand were just as bad. Sure I got a decent amount, but almost all of them had little to no experience in the commercial space, and very little to no money to show skin in the game. I never got one deal past a basic term sheet because the few that did get that far couldn't do anymore. It was almost like relip.co was just scraping the bottom of the barrel.

After my six months were up, Jordan offered to let me try out their new AI video ads for free. Problem is, not one of them was ever ran, anywhere. Just more BS from this company, as usual.

Jordan, the owner, is nearly impossible to get a hold of, so I can't imagine how the loan process would be with his company, but I imagine it wouldn't be fun.

I'm sure some lucky LO's have closed deals from relip.co, but my two experiences have been terrible and a complete waste of my money.

I told Jordan that I want my money back, or at least some kind of partial refund. It's been crickets ever since then.

I use Relip mainly to find more deal flow for my fix and flip clients. Some of the borrowers are green but the Al does help weed out the worst ones. Its not magic but its 10x better than cold emails.

Zillow leads were dead. like fr dead. signed up for relip and got 2 convos same week. not gonna lie i was surprised. one guy ghosted but the other is under contract now. so ya, worth it.

I been in this game 15+ years, tried every lead gen out there. Most are trash. Relip aint perfect but the volume is nuts. Some junk in there but def more quality then others. Def keeping it in rotation.

I highly recommend Relip. They provide exactly what they promised. It’s had work like anything else and you will have to sift through some bad leads but their tech and AI generated responses are solid! I’ve had some really quality leads come in and a couple within a few days of starting. Jordan and his team are always there to help if you need them. Work hard, follow up regularly and keep improving your process and you will see the ROI you wanted. Highly recommend!

Relip is real deal , I have tried other marketing with limited results, with in the first month of spending very little I closed 2 loans and their customer support has been amazing!
