Some leads are serious, and some definitely are not. None of that is Relip's issue. They do a really good job of attracting inquiries from interested investors and putting very professional looking ads in front of people in the geographic areas you choose. It's up to the prospect to be honest about their credentials & intentions and it's up to you to actually qualify the lead and process & close the deal. Some prospects have wildly unrealistic expectations regardless of how thoroughly the lead was pre-screened...

The user interface could benefit from a few improvements, but not enough to downgrade this review to 4 stars. The team schedules regular follow up meetings to discuss program features or to just check in to see if you need anything. They are also responsive to feature requests from users.

Was promised 4 "qualified" leads a day and a mortgage lender with great.rates. What I actully received was no serious or qualified leads. People would call me wanting to sell there distressed property, or looking for a rental. Or very bad credit situations, etc. As far as the Mortgage Lending side there was no one to talk to to go over a scenario. Only a online application to fill out. Don't throw your money away on Relip.
