Found the phone automated service a little confusing when ordering supplies, but made it through. Very satisfied with all interactions.

Dan was so thorough

Dan was so thorough, helpful and completely reassuring.
He is skilled and made us feel totally comfortable, answered all our questions and was extremely patient.
He fitted the new mask and connected the new equipment to the
CPAP and made sure the pressure setting and the machine functioned as intended. Explained how to access the website and e-mailed us his contact in case we had any questions for him.. He also mentioned in the e-mail his interest in letting us know we can reach him with any questions we may have and he would get back to us with an answer. This company is so EASY TO DEAL WITH !!! This is a real rarity in this day and age. We are so appreciative to be dealing with such wonderful , knowledgeable and caring people.

Great customer care

Keeps my equipment supplies up to date with calls and home delivery. Don't need to worry about running low or give time for the equipment to grow bacteria

Only interested in sales.

Have had problems from beginning with leakage. Tried all 3 devices.
No one ever checks on patients. Just want to keep selling you more and more replacements. Constant robo calls to place orders

Great service!

The folks there are so easy to work with. I have been a steady customer for 12 years. When I order CPAP supplies, I receive them very quickly and my order always accurate.
