Bad customer service mailed in strips and they sent a email that they received them. I was never compensated in my PayPal days later. When I call I get he machine. When I leave messages I get no return call total scam

The best place to sell your excess diabetic supplies. Very\nHonest very personable and very easy. It's the best place in las vegas for sure

So far I am not to happy sent my supplies, spoke with gentleman said my PayPal has been sent !! Nothing yet in my account I hope this isn’t nonsense 🥵🥵🥵😡😡😡 not feeling hopeful.

I recently wrote a review on Sin City Diabetics regarding my experience. Since then I've been in touch with Danny, the Manager. We had a telephone discussion on July 23, 2025 and have come to reasonable agreement and conclusion. With that being said, Im willing to retract my previous review on the matter. Danny has graciously offered to settle this matter with me which is graciously appreciated. I guess sometimes it takes two people to come to the table and hash out our differences. Everyone deserves to be heard. Thank you Danny.

Sent seven boxes of dexcom sixes and was only paid for one, I wouldn't send any products to them. They are not paying for what they received.

I used this company a few times with no problems. They were very slow to send the check but it still came. Within the last few months I called and spoke to a representative who assured me they would send a box for me. Never did. I have called and left a message with no response. Other times I called and got a busy signal. Not sure what is going on but I will look for another company.

I'm not sure what to think about this company I thought they were a good company because they gave the most for my box of Test strips I got $50 last month when I sent Them off and this month they only gave me $25 for them.And I know why , because, they weren't messed up. I tried calling them but their phone is busy . I was hoping this was a legit.Good company, but I'm not sure anymore because I know the box.I sent to them was not damaged in any way or expired. So I'm not sure if I'll do business with them again.

I'm not sure what to think. My sister sent out some diabetes supplies to sin city and 2 weeks later, were still getting the run around spin. I'll update if need be.

I can see maybe one box getting lost in the mail but now twice?! Not buying it, again. I have lost over $400 in strips from two shipments just to hear that “the boxes never got there.” I don’t think so, not twice!
Boxes were flawless, never had stickers on them and they came straight from the manufacturer so their exp date was well over a year away. Suffice it to say that somebody here doesn’t give a damn that there are those of us who hold off testing as much as we should just to make a few bucks to keep the lights on.

SCAMMED ME SCAMMED ME. They sent me a box to sent it my unused diabetic test strips and other diabetic equipment, they said it was rejected but they’re keeping my stuff. A friend of mine told me before I did it. They scammed him out of his diabetic equipment but I didn’t listen I thought it was a professional business but nope I was wrong they SCAMMED ME DO NOT USE THEM

I didn't trust it because it was my first time transacting with this place, but I was glad that the payment was fast.

They made a promise and kept it
Getting rid of extra diabetic supplies was easy. Also paypal payment was great.

This was the worst place i have EVER sold to!!! They priced my boxes at $60, and nothing at all wrong with them. I wrapped them and packed them with bubble wrap and then 9 days after they received them i have to fight to get anyone to acknowledge i sent an order then they send $10. No explanation of why the discrepancy and then recalled the $10 so now i owe. This is the worst place to sell anything

Sent in my unused strips that I no longer needed. I had torn off my prescription label before I got instructions not to. A check arrived promptly with a box for another possible cash out. A GREAT company to work with. I sent in my strips with no expectations of anything positive, but was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!
