I keep ordering Reina radiators for my business as they are the quality i need but without the price tag of some of the other designer brands, very easy to offer a stylish radiator at a price that customers will go for, some brands charge twice as much for essentially the same radiator.

Faulty radiator and out of pocket for re-fitting
Ordered two Reina radiators and accessories in March 2022 at a cost of over £640. The more expensive of the two radiators failed in April 2024. Whilst Reina honoured the five year warranty, we have been left having to cover all of the re-fitting cost of £144 as Reina would not contribute to this. Due to Reina’s supply of a faulty product and refusal to meet the additional costs of re-fitting the replacement I cannot recommend this company.

After investigation by Senior Level Management we can confirm that Reina as a manufacturer/brand has unquestionably provided the best service levels possible in this situation. As you have stated Drew, as the manufacturer we "honoured the 5 year warranty" and until this review we were unaware of any complaints concerning your order with the appointed dealer/reseller you purchased through.
It is with deep regret that you purchased a product in 2022 and within 2 years one of the products has developed a fault - which we did honour and issued a free of charge "no quibble" replacement. Our products are of the highest design, performance and manufacturing quality. However, no product that is water or electrical related can be lifetime guaranteed to not develop a fault - regardless of the most prestigious and expert manufacturing processes (similar to that of a washing machine, dishwasher etc.)
We strongly believe our products are the most elite in the market which is reflective of the outstanding reviews our band/products receives and the leading UK resellers that have selected to represent our exceptional portfolio of products in their showrooms and online websites.

Very good radiators for the money haven't had any issues or problems with my reina flat panel radiators and they have been installed over a year, just purchased a towel rail for the bathroom and that is great quality too..
