Got a sweet deal from an online seller of Reina, radiator came next day, very very cheap considering how good the quality is? I'm not sure how they are producing such an outstanding radiator at a price that is affordable to everyone, much better than some of the stuff you see in BnQ and Wickz....by the way it was a Reina Ottone towel rail in brushed brass would highly recommend

Bathroom radiator fitted two years ago
Bathroom radiator fitted two years ago, rusted where the columns joined, and also behind the radiator, paint was cracking/ crazing
Purchased from Mano Mano , had 10 year warranty asked for replacement to be sent
Had to submit photos of radiator- understandable
Then asked for photos of Bathroom - it was sold as Bathroom radiator, so used as Towel Rail
Eventually replacement sent, re-fitting costs not covered,
Old radiator to be return for examination, but no returns label sent

I had been recommended Reina by a friend, so I bought 5 Reina Slimline radiators, they seem to be excellent value but no compromise on quality. So far they have been fitted 3 months and i have not had any issues at all with them.
