Regency Hamper overseas delivery
Easy to order online from Australia. Delivery provider in England kept us up to date with tracking. There was a product issue and I was notified promptly, given a credit for the missing item and in addition to a goodwill credit voucher. This is the second time Iâve used them and the third hamper sent. Highly recommend đđ»đđ»

Ordered and paid for a valentine gift for my husband, it said it had been dispatched and then the day before it was meant to be delivered they said it was out of stock and would refund, I now have no time to get anything else, Valentines day is ruined, would not trust this company again !!!

Weâre genuinely sorry to read your review and to hear how disappointed you were, especially as this was a Valentineâs gift for your husband. We completely understand how important it was that this arrived in time.
We were expecting the liquorice from our supplier in time to fulfil it; however, we were unfortunately notified at short notice that the stock would not arrive as scheduled. As soon as we became aware of this â prior to dispatch â we attempted to contact you. We first tried to call, but the phone number provided was incorrect, so we followed up by email to advise and to offer an alternative sweet that could still have been delivered on your requested date.
When we later received your email expressing your frustration, we replied to again offer the alternative option, along with a complimentary upgrade to Saturday delivery, to ensure you still had a gift in time for Valentineâs Day.
As we didnât receive confirmation to proceed with an alternative item, we were unable to send a replacement and a full refund was issued.
Weâre truly sorry your experience fell short on this occasion. While the supplier issue was outside of our control, we did everything we reasonably could to communicate promptly and offer alternative solutions to assist you.

Wonderful Thank You gift hamper
I ordered a Thank You gift hamper, which I was able to tailor to meet the tastes of the recipient, and it was delivered the following day. The reaction was instant and one of utter surprise and delight, the message containing a picture of the hamper open with its contents displayed.
This was the fourth or fifth surprise hamper I have sent in the past three or four years and they have all been received with great joy and gratitude.
