Our experience with Lisa was great. She was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We found her very approachable and easy to talk too. She answered all our queries quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. She made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Thank you Lisa. Regency have got a gem.

After 12 months of issues selling my property and the administration issues with royal life i have finally aquired my new home at meadowlands court. During this period I have been fortunate to have Lisa the sales advisor offering unending support. Always cheerfull and positive even when things were not going as planned and there was many !

Since my first viewing at Regency Court, Stover, Newton Abbot Devon. Regarding the purchase of my first Park Home nothing was too much trouble for Sue Evans, Sales Advisor to help me make my final decision to purchase. I visited the site many times with both family and friends to view and endorse my dream and actions. Even with the many many questions Ms Evans always assure me that it was her job to answer all. Keep up the good work for a job well done! An excellent FIVE star performance! Busy now moving in before Christmas 2024!

We recently purchased at Tall Trees - it’s fantastic! Aiden was our sales guy - he was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble - he showed us around our home numerous times - and answered the (many) questions and queries we had. He was friendly and went above and beyond - and always professional. Many thanks Aiden - for ALL your help! 🤩

They have finally been proved to be frauds , giving out illegal eviction notices , saying i and others are trespassing in our homes to attempt illegal eviction, thankfully I have the cctv recordings of the area manager saying he was sorting the rent agreements for all of us as they were the new company taking over , I had this cctv out in place when a different company tried doing exact same thing , shame on you and thank you to the council for standing by us residents !

In 2020 during lockdown we found Oakwood Court now owned by Regency Living. Much to the amazement of friends we bought one of their park homes. Best thing we've ever done! Robbie the salesman showed us a Prestige Avanti (which we bought) and we've never regretted it.
The whole sales process was simple, overseen confidently by Robbie, and we've absolutely loved and thrived in the fantastic community here.
There is always a degree of apprehension taking a gamble like the one we took but it's made our lives so much richer.
I've given the review 4 stars because I know some people find the buying process slightly more complicated than ours, and living in relative close proximity to neighbours can take some getting used to. But the overall majority of people love it here.
Regency Living have taken over from Royalelife (the original site owners) and they are clearly much more trustworthy and responsible. It's not so much a gamble now!

Recently taken over from Royal Life which went into administration and they inherited a few problems with the park. I have found that they are rectifying these problems . I must mention Aiden who works in the office on the park and manages the viewing and sales.He is honest hard working funny helpful efficient and friendly but at the same time professional The two groundsmen Paul and Phil keep the park clean and tidy and always helpful. They too have a great sense of humor

The whole experience went very well as we were kept well informed by our Regency Living representative. He was in touch with us regularly and thoroughly explained the whole process, at times, going beyond what was expected of him. This review is for Oakwood Court, Hogmoor Road, Whitehill, Bordon Hants

Lisa is an extremely helpful and friendly marketing advisor. She answers queries promptly. She established our requirements and spent several hours showing us suitable properties.

I’ve lived here on my own (except for Tiddy the cat) for 9 months now and I’m feeling really settled. The area is close enough to Bude but in the countryside. I did have some snagging problems at the start like you do in any new home but they seem to be much easier to rectify in these types of buildings. The staff ( Lisa in Sales and Jo ) couldn’t have been more helpful and when I first moved in Lisa even came in on her days off and in vile weather to check that I was OK as she knew I was on my own which I really appreciated. You feel safe knowing that there are people there if you need them. For me it was a really good move. Thanks everyone 😁

We have recently started the process of buying a park home but have run into difficulties with our own property. Both Lisa and Chris have been very supportive and are trying to help us through the process so we can move in to our new home hopefully in the near future

Have now been a resident for 6 months, after a shaky start due to some small issues with our home which have now been addressed.

The new owners Regency Living seems to be addressing problems left to them by royal life,Which won't be done over night .
Personally i have found lisa, the Sales rep, and Joanne the site manager nothing but polite and helpful. Yes their's still things that can be done, but like i said will take time.
Me and my wife are happy we made move,
