Excellent Service
We were very impressed with Lisa who showed us around the residential park and potential homes. We found Lisa very professional and not at all pushy in sales. Lisa is a credit to the company and her lovely demeanour showed, Lisa answered all our questions plus we were offered a slice of homemade cake and a cup of tea whilst we discussed the options. The park itself is up and coming and lovely and tranquil with lovely walks opposite the park. We are looking to purchase a new park home here and be part of a lovely community.

We came down from London on Sunday (open day) and was met by the lovely Lisa. She was very welcoming and very knowledgeable, she was able to answer all our questions. This is a new venture for us so we’re just trying to find our way around this new world of park living. What we experienced on Sunday with Lisa has definitely made our decision easier to make the jump and make plans for our future. We will definitely contact Lisa once we are ready to make the move. Lisa was the first person to welcome us on our arrival . Lisa was very professional and made us feel very welcome. Offering us coffee or tea and was able to answer all our questions. While walking around Lisa was able to tell us all about the park and what it offers. Potential purchase

I would like to say a huge thank you to Matt for his outstanding help and excellent customer service. From the moment he assisted me, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He genuinely could not do enough to help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was dealt with properly.
It was clear that Matt takes pride in providing a great service and genuinely cares about helping customers. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable.

Fantastic Reculver Court
I first visited Reculver Court back in March 2026 and met Lisa, the company's sales representative. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the site and the available homes.
It took two visits to make a decision that this was where we wanted to live. Lisa gave us her undivided attention and time to look at the various homes, going back on a couple to make sure we were completely happy to proceed with a purchase.
Its taken until now to complete our home sale, enabling us to purchase our brand new park home. Throughout this Lisa has been absolutely brilliant. Giving us support as time went by. We visited the site regularly and she always made us feel at home.
We are delighted now we are moved in. This is a fabulous coastal area and a lovely site.
Not only have I got a new home I've found a new friend in Lisa.

our experience was great from the moment I sent the contact email. Lisa Scales responded immediately and arranged a viewing for the same day. Her knowledge of the development and various options available was impressive, she took the time to show us the entire site and explain how things work. we have viewed various similar properties but have never come across a representative as attentive as Lisa.

I have been very taken aback with the way progress is made when buying through Regency Living. Exchange is excellent and should be adopted when buying bricks and mortar. Customer service is knowledgeable, and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble to answer, or find the answers.

Just moved into Rochester Court
Just moved into Rochester Court, Bere Regis having relocated from Surrey.
Started this process in January 2026 when I met Sales Executive Extraordinaire, Aiden Carter, who has been my rock through the whole process.
I chose a bespoke home and spent weeks working with a designer to bring my dream to life - from my thoughts, to paper, to build, to living in it. I made a decision not to see any pictures of the build along the way, as you only get a first impression once and that, for me, was moving in day. I opened my front door and cried. It was everything I hoped for but so much more. Stunning, wow, magical, a dream and many more adjectives 🤩.
Aiden has supported me through tough times, unsure decisions, laughter, advice and integrity. Nothing has been too much trouble for him - good communicator, depth of knowledge and understanding.
Many thanks Aiden - my new life, new home in a new location starts now.
Also want to thank Matt Clare, Sales Advisor at Rochester Court, who is helping me settle into my new home and deal with my day to day questions etc.

Relaxing environment…
Having lived on Dolbeare Court for about four and a half years and currently under the ownership of Regency Living , I am now more than happy.
Regency has made vast improvements to the park.
Any problems or concerns that you may have are promptly and politely addressed .
Quiet and peaceful location for retirement.

Terrible service and extortionate site…
Terrible service and extortionate site fees, without the level of service or standards to justify them. Despite countless queries about unfinished work, months go by with little or no action taken. There is nothing “Regency” about Regency Living. A more fitting description would be regressing standards under their watch.
They also operate with what they call a “cluster manager” covering multiple sites. This appears to prioritise cost savings over employing sufficient staff to maintain the standards residents are paying for. It’s difficult to see how one person can effectively oversee several sites while delivering the level of service expected, and the lacklustre service and results speak for themselves.

When i first met Lisa she was warm and…
When i first met Lisa she was warm and welcoming and gave us plenty of time to view the homes.She had driven up from Kent and had already spoken to residents to find a community hall where many evenrs take place. This was very helpful moving into a new environment. She has always been very friendly and considerate during phone calls since.I would consider Lisa to be a good envoy for the company as was informative 'helpful and never pushed us to make a choice.
