Verification was quick and once verified approval was quick, about 3 days with funds supposed to hit within 5 business days but I bet will hit sooner. I use the same working documents and many other gaming sites. reelzappy used auto capture and failed both times. then locked attempts at uploading and trying again after it caused its own failures.
this is where a good gaming site would step in and manually help.
instead I was met with notice of escalation and no progress for 3 days now. I would not recommend this site. poor customer service and slow redemption times. that is if I even get it
update: my 'case' is still escalated...2 days later
