Still missing two seat post. Was told I would be email and have not heard from any body yet. It’s been 3 weeks and 390$ I have not seen.Please fix my order or give me back the money.

The initial purchasing experience was disappointing. It took two weeks to receive my order and only after I inquired with customer service for an order status update. Once finally received, I was actually shipped an incorrect item.
However, after contacting Raj with customer service, he had a replacement order for the correct item placed and shipped within 24 hours of my call and I received it in just two days! If not for the initial snafu I would have given 5 stars. Great job Raj!

We are extremely pleased with how smoothly the process went and the quality of the furniture! We purchased the Hanover Monaco 7-Piece Aluminium Frame Dining Set With Six Swivel Rockers and we couldn't be happier. It looks absolutely beautiful. It was delivered on time and assembly was not bad!

I would give these people a negative star or two if I could. I ordered a pool table in January of 2022. They charged my credit card right away. Sent me an apologetic message in February that the pool table would appear at soon. In April, I asked about my pool table, was told mid May, I would have it. Asked again in June, and got a message that it should be delivered in early July. Today, July 14th, nothing has happened. They still have my money. The only message I did NOT ask for was a request in June to rate their customer service. I actually had to laugh when that happened.

Can't say enough about the customer service I have received. Not only did Recreation Outfitters offer the best price on my purchase, they addressed a damaged item without hesitation. Almost a year later, I needed documentation of the purchase, and they were able to provide it with a simple phone call. I am greatly appreciative of their commitment to the customer.

The worst company to deal with. They took my money and never shipped my order. Calling the customer service number turned out to be a joke because no one ever answers the phone. I’m not out $300.00

I bought the most fabulous outdoor teak dining table. It is exactly what I was looking for and the quality of the wood is excellent. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was efficient. The assembly was a bit of a challenge. Thank goodness I have a very clever neighbor who had all the right tools to get the screws to work - eventually. Otherwise, I would have rated this a 5. After a quick clean and application of sealer, I have a beautiful table to enjoy all summer.

I ordered a firepit patio table and chairs. I was unhappy with the quality of the furniture because the legs were all scratched up from shipping, and isn't near the quality of my previous patio table set. I was told the max weight would be 250 pounds. Still not to my satisfaction. I returned the item and canceled the wind guard that was on backorder since it was no longer needed. They only refunded me the cost of the table after several emails with them and phone calls. THEY DIDN"T REFUND the cost of the wind guard that was canceled or the sales tax on the table and wind guard. I had to call my credit card and filed a dispute with them.

We love the bike. The order process was easy and timely. The directions to put it together were not very helpful or detailed. In general I used a process of put parts on until I ran out. No real details on brakes or handlebars for example. Some things that were in the directions were out if order such as putting on the rear wheel fender before putting on the reflectors.

We will hold off until we have a ride or two and post a follow up review. Our special needs girls will be the ultimate judges on this bike

I sent an email asking to return the stools because they are the wrong color and I have not heard back from them nothing.

Wheels for my inflatable arrived promptly and are working great. I am happy with the service

A great company to deal with. A simple chat with their assistant online is all I took to expedite the shipping by a few days and get it in time for a camping trip. Item came as expected. Thank you!

We ordered a discontinued outdoor patio table set that was only available thru RO....they were so helpful to ensure we would get the only one left...and I must add they use the best shipping company. Everything was on time and as promised....professional and personable! This was NOT the experience we had with a big box store the month before!!! I will go to RO first now!!

Very reliable arrived on the date they said it would.

This order went very smoothly although there was an issue with the wrong sales tax being charged. The company, however, addressed it and changed their system in order to charge the correct amount of tax. I would have expected a smaller company like this to say that's how it is and forget about it, but they didn't - hats off!

Otherwise the shipment was received in a acceptable time. Again, there was some parts missing from the product that Recreation Outfitters took care of in a timely manner. I'd do business again with them.

not very satisfied - ordered and charged for chairs and cannot get any answer on when they will be delivered. careful if you need something quickly and are told it is available.

3 weeks later still no info on when this will be shipped

I was scammed! I was charged for and received an item that I did not purchase, $402. I contacted customer service to notify them of the issue, and to have the the unauthorized item/charge returned and refunded. I was told that the item can be returned and I will be refunded $173, but the delivery fee of $199 cannot. Therefore, I escalated the issue to the “Escalation Team”. I was sent a very condescending email with their decision regarding my issue. They determined that they are standing with their company policy and will not refund the delivery fee of $199-delivery fee that was more than the actual item. It is very frustrating and upsetting that I was charged for something that I did not purchase and that customer service is not willing to work with me on refunding the entire amount including the delivery fee. This company is obviously in the business of scamming customers. Stay away and purchase items else.
