First time I ever bought anything here and I would say it was a very positive experience. The shipping was fast and free and the metal retro glider I ordered was of good quality. There were some small dents on the seat part of it but i think that got done during shipping. It was not enough for me to fret about and all in all I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this site to a friend.

After receiving an order that was horribly damaged, we were sent a replacement 2 1/2 weeks later. The new item has some damage, as well, but not enough to return it & it’s still in working order. The most upsetting issue is that the 100 lb. humongous, damaged original product is still sitting in the middle of our living room. After many email attempts to request somebody to pick it up, we have had zero help with that. So now we have to rent a trailer, take this to the dump during work hours & pay the fee to unload. Not to mention get people to help load & unload it because it’s 100 lbs!!! I do not recommend this business, it’s low quality, terrible customer service & not worth the hassle!!

You are incorrect I have no idea what plank your talking about. It’s a 100 lb game table from recreation outfitters, order number I gave you is the correct number. Don’t know what you’re talking about??? I can add the unanswered emails , if you don’t believe me?

Price was fair, however POOR communication and follow up from Customer Service rates only 1 Star. This company BEGS for high quality reviews, but they do NOT earn them by providing high quality service and communication. Company will charge your credit card for the purchase immediately, however it may take two weeks or longer for merchandise to arrive and the company does NOT respond to requests for updates regarding your purchase.

I have shopped at Recreational Outfitters for my needs outdoors. The selections and prices are competitive. The customer service is outstanding.

Cheapest price on the internet and got here rather quickly. Easy to put together. Didn’t need any additional tools. Everything was included except the labor 😆 The color looks amazing in person! It looks beautiful in my greenhouse.

I haven't set up my boat yet but opening the boxes it seem all the parts and boat are very well made parts, seems very durable. I can't wait to get this on the water, it's a very nice looking boat. Thank you Recreation Outfitters for a very easy checkout and for the assistance i received on which motor to buy so i also bought the Water snake 70lb. thrust electric motor, it looks like it's a very nice well built motor. Shipping was also reasonably fast.

Found this chair at most reasonable price on your website. Had questions and Tim in your Customer Service Dept. went out of his way to answer every one of them. If he didn’t know the answer to a specific product question, he put me on a brief hold to get it. He then offered to place the order for me. He is truly an asset to your company. Transport service you used was excellent as well. Very positive experience overall.

Since our office landlord seems to think no one works evenings or weekends. We come in to an office of 55 degrees. The heater is amazing. Quiet and oh so warm. I like that i don't need to worry about children getting burned either. Love it.

Never ever, ever again will I order with this stupid company. They sent me the wrong item and would NOT take it back. Issued some refund that covered tax on a $650 purchase and made me keep it. After hours on the phone, they assured me that I can send it back and get the item I ordered JUST to get rid of me. A month later, I called and was told that I got some money back and it’s done with, they didn’t owe me the item I actually ordered. They lied on a recorded line, didn’t call or email when they said they would. Nobody buy with them, go someplace else.

When I bought the Christmas tree, it was on Black Friday. It arrived well in December. The box was unmarked. When we put it up (still within the 30 days), we noticed it was small so we measured it. They sent us a small tree. When we started the whole argument and were told they’d take it back, they made us wait another few months to then tell us that it’s “past 30 days.” Total fraud of a company. It’s not about the “tree,” it’s about the “wrong size.” Now we have to eat them treating us like scammers.

Buyer beware. I was in the process of purchasing outdoor furniture, and had the piece in my cart on Sunday January 30, waiting to place the order the next day to extend a 2-week weather shipping hold they approved for me due to extreme winter conditions in Minnesota. On Monday morning when I accessed my cart, RO increased the price of the chaise lounge $600. When I contacted them to find out why this would have happened without any notice, the manager responded by email by simply saying, 'Sorry.' I would caution anyone shopping online to avoid this retailer.

They sent me a broken Christmas tree and they don't want to return it.

I emailed them so many times with no response.

Update: I ordered it on Jan 18th. And their reply saying it is eligible for return before Christmas, I can only return the item before I order it with 25 days.

I recently purchased the sea eagle razor light 393 and I absolutely love it. Customer service is amazing with this company! If I could give more than five stars I would!

The unit arrived quickly and is exactly as described. The only thing I wish were different is the remote. It is not very user friendly. I am going to have to read up on how the remote works. And the person who assembled my unit said it came with logs in the window and the crystals were in a bag. The picture on your website only showed the crystals so I didn't even know logs were an option. Now I have to figure out how to tear it apart to take the logs out and put the crystals in it.
