You have provided a very easy to navigate website. Thank you, was able to find what i was looking for and see a very good description.

I went with this company because of the discount and the date I should have received this item. It’s been about 3 weeks and still the item hasn’t even shipped. For a $10 discount wasn’t worth it. Cheaper is usually never better! I should have received it within a week.

The site was easy to use and navigate. Got immediate emails updating me on the processing and shipping process. Would definitely do business again.

Some of the info on the website was inadequate, but the online assistance was great.

I ordered my product 11-21-2022. Today 12-4-2022 I received an update saying my product is back ordered and would not be here till after Christmas. Would have been great to know this when ordering.

We were really taken care of by Keith. He helped plan the amount of commercial patio heaters we need for our space. The items shipped quickly, and we were not surprised at all by anything, because Keith gave us a great run of the land, on what to expect.

I completed a purchase. Received an email saying my items were delivered (FedEx tracking info said delivery was signed for in a different state). Having received no package, I contacted the company. “Tim” said that my order was returned to the warehouse due to incorrect pricing. Despite a request, no refund was issued!

Love our wine cooler. I felt that they super honest! I would highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY!!! They sent the wrong merchandise and will not send an RMA label to return it. These people are SCAMMERS!

The swivel seat kit is great! High build quality is very evident. It fits perfectly on my NRS PIKE inflatble kayak and raises the seat 12 inches above the kayak floor. The swiveling feature is very handy when boarding the kayak and drift fishing in the wind. Recreation Outdoors delivered even earlier than promised. Highly recommend the seat and buying it from Recreation Outdoors.

Placed order today with Raj in customer service and he was wonderful! Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Fast shipping and great price

I ordered two Aire Landing pads for an upcoming multi day rafting trip. The company sent me the products and they were not what we wanted for the price we paid. The order total was $428.21 with the item total being $378.00, shipping $15.54, and tax of $34.67. When I contacted Recreation Outfitters to return the product I was told I would get a full refund less the shipping charge. I verified that the charge was $15.54 and that I would be responsible for the cost to ship the products back. I agreed and paid $50.00 through UPS to return the product.

They then added additional shipping charges of $61.47 twice for shipping which equated to a refund of only $305.27. I had the additional charge of $50.00 to return the product. I paid a total of $478.21 and was only refunded $305.27... I paid $172.94 in total to purchase and return a product that I do not have. This NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY is a joke.. This company lied to me and took money for nothing. Do not get Duped and avoid at all costs!!

Still waiting for Delivery. Per sitye and rep. It was to be delivered 7/29 no delivery. Delivery compnay not returnming calls. This will for sure be my last order ever.
