Representative “Rag” was very knowledgeable, explained the product in detail and was very pleasant to talk to. Ensuring his company’s support, and my confidence in this online sale. I’d buy from Recreation Outfitters again.

They got the part I needed and verified the price etc and took all the guesswork out of the purchase! Can’t wait for it to arrive!!

I was told if I signed up with Recreation Outfitters I would receive a 15% discount. One time when I tried to make the purchase I received only $5.00 and something off. I tried to contact the company. No one responded. I tried again to purchase to see if I would be able to use the "discount" to no available.The next time I visited the website my cart was empty and the price had gone up. The next time I visited the site and after an email I sent to them, the price went down again. I still didn't get the 15% off. There was a lower price but even so, if I had gotten the 15% off it would have been a significant amount lower. I do not trust this company but they had the product I wanted so I went ahead and took a chance but my impression so far is pretty negative.

Raj was very helpful and patient. I was happy to have the other 2 items I purchased matched the lower price I was quoted at patio living. Overall great experience!

Product ordered was aperently miscategorized on line and I received an item I didn't order instead. I immediately contacted RO to begin return process, which has been a complete nightmare for the 4 months I've been attempting to return this item. Customer service reps are rude, poorly trained, and actually lie. I will never do business with Recreation Outfitters again, and intend to do my part to steer any and everyone away from the same.

We had a great experience at Recreation Outfitters. Their customer service helped us route our order to our vacation home, after I accidentally ordered and had it sent to our year round home. It was simple, and had a minimal charge, since it was already shipped. We received the item, and everything has been great. Very happy so far.

Company dishonored its advertised price. Although the discount on the product was reasonable, they decided to do the easy way an cancel my purchase. This decision basically ruined my weekend plans and hours of product research. Clearly customers do not come first at Recreational Outfitters.

Recreation Outfitters responded quickly that they needed to find out the answer to my question, they found out the answer and offered to help in any other way they can. They were friendly and personable. I was impressed with the customer service.

Just bought my second heater and looking to buy two more! They look beautiful & modern — and blow out enough heat to keep a bedroom, bathroom, or small living room warm & cozy!

3 weeks, no shipment, no info. I reported as fraud to PayPal. Requested my order canceled. Still no refund or info.

Easy to use site, item was in stock, and was able to call toll free number to edit my order.

The website is well-designed and navigate easily. The dining set's price is reasonable and order process is very smooth.

FOLLOWUP to a previous review:

I finally received a VM from this company (missed the call) and when i returned the call it was from “the Santa People (833)268-8743” (i kid you not, as that was the recording from my call back). I left another message and still no return call.

Try it yourself, call them and see if you reach someone in the USA. If not, request a call from someone in the USA. I doubt you will ever reach someone. It has been almost a month with near daily calls and requests for a call back at various times throughout the day. I had planned a >$2500 purchase and have given up. Went with another company (in the USA).

The furniture is beautiful! But we were more impressed with the customer service. One cushion had a small tear, they replaced it very quickly. We will love this furniture in our sunroom for years to come!
