Raj, my customer service rep is one of the most courteous and helpful individuals I have ever dealt with.
My order was complicated by the fact that after it was confirmed, I had to change the model number of the item I wanted. After a few days I also had to change the shipping address. I was very impressed with the follow-up to these requests, and can't thank REC OUT enough for their outstanding service.

I give the company a five star because it came exactly when they said it would be delivered. It was very well boxed, and the chairs are stackable, which is really a Great feature so you can have more space if needed on your deck. The color is amazing because it doesn’t heat up in the sun like a bronze color would. I’m very satisfied, especially with a customer service person who made sure I got it on time and it was the correct item I ordered and was so very helpful in ordering it for me online because I was really nervous because I had never ordered from this company before so I highly recommend this company and would use it in the future !

I just made a 6300.00 purchase from Recreation Outfitters only to read some negative reviews after the fact. Long story short, I thought I was getting scammed when my order got delayed. I reached out to the company to check the status and each and every time representatives immediately responded and walked me thru the process. I received my item and im very happy. Thanks again!

I found recreation outfitters had the best price and selection on the Hanover cast aluminum patio dining room set that I had been shopping for. No one else had the cushion colors that I wanted and to top it off they were several hundred dollars cheaper.

For some reason, I didn’t receive my order confirmation so I reached out to their support and Raj was incredible and reached out to the back office and ensured everything was good and continue to follow up with me to make sure the shipment arrived as expected, and that I had had no issues. My order was during the crazy worldwide IT systems crowd strike computer issue so I suspect that may have played a role, but regardless their recovery and support were Impressive.

I was contacted by the shipping company to setup delivery and they delivered exactly at the promised date and time with a call ahead to make sure everything was good so flawless execution on that.

Finally, the Hanover dining room set was impressively well packaged, and arrived flawless and undamaged. I did have an issue with missing assembly hardware for 2 chairs. I called Hannover and received friendly and fast Support to get me replacement parts within a few days.

In a perfect world, none of the little issues would’ve happened, but let’s face it, things happen and more importantly to me was the top notch support to resolve the issues painlessly.

I highly recommend Recreation outfitters and also the very well-made and beautiful Hanover cast aluminum outdoor dining set.

I would gladly do business with them again.

Raj is the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. He checked to see it the items were in stock and followed up with me via phone and email regarding the status, asked the warehouse to rush it and again followed up. Amazing service and fast delivery time.

Recreation Outfitters is my secret weapon for creating the ultimate outdoor oasis! We bought an outdoor dining set that looks great, and I feel that we were able to get the best price online. I called a few times before my purchase, to get clarity on shipping timeline, and was happy with their service. Keith helped me, and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure our set's fabric color would match the color of our existing set.

Raj was very helpful in helping me to get the item I wanted. He was very efficient. I enjoyed interacting with him through the entire ordering process.

I finally received a response from Recreation Outfitters. There is some sort of technological issue going on where I am not receiving their emails but I did receive copies via the chatGPT and they were very helpful.

More to come on the follow-up of the order, but I am happy to have communication with them, and am keeping the order as I did receive explanation of the delays and an approximate ship date.

The web site was easy to use & navigate thru. All options were clearly visible & the web site responded very quickly. I would highly recommend Recreation Outfitters to my friends and family.

This company does bait and switch on discounts and orders. Long phone conversation to get discount code to work and then product was not available but they kept trying to get me to order a different product. Will not buy from them again, not worth the hassle.

Ordered a patio side table from this company! The price was better than some other companies with shipping included! Raj was my Customer Service Rep! He was excellent! I had a specific window of dates we would be home to receive the table & he took care of all

I had searched several companies for the set I bought from you. Everyone either didn't have it, or didn't have the right combination. Added to my frustration was even finding the items within the various sites. Your site was manageable and assuming the delivery date is accurate will be right on time for our Spring dinner party.
