The staff on the other end of the phone are very friendly and courteous. Very well informed and knowledgeable it made my enquiry very easy and relaxed. It was like talking to people you already know and made me feel at ease

I do not rate reassure at all, lots of delays, i have been waiting since March for them do a simple task and standard life are just the same. Standard life will be taking over my account, but will be moving it as soon as I can!

On ringing reasured i was talking to Andre Schster , a very informative and pleasant person ,i was talked through all the options available to me and he made sure the cover and payments were the very best for my needs . Olwen Askwith

When I have spoken to ReAssure in the past I have not always been satisfied that they have answered my questions to a standard I expected. In fact leaving me, UnReAssured. However, today I phoned them again with some trepidation and spoke to Madison in Customer Services. After reading some of the reviews on here I was quite worried about how long my late sister’s pension may take to process and what difficulties I might face. However, I am pleased to say that Reassure, apart from one hiccup with some paperwork were very quick(two months) to pay out on the policies. When I did speak to them on a couple of occasions they were polite and helpful, so fair play to them.

Your customer services agent was professional, friendly and answered all my questions with the information I needed to make future decisions regarding my pension.

James helped me source a 26 year old work pension which has outperformed the market. He said it had made his day too which was gracious and thoughtful.
