No Delivery

According to the website, delivery time is 1-3 working days.
I have been waiting for almost 10 days now and have no information when my parcel will arrive.

The communication on mails!
The fabric.. the colour.. the fit..
Only thing that bothers me is the sizing, I wear a XXL normally, but the pants in XL is too big. I used the whats my size tab. For the rest I love it

Vom Schnitt und Style her super cool, gefällt mir echt gut. Das Material hat mir bei meinem Asha Midnight Hoodie aber nicht so zugesagt. Qualität ist gut, aber fühlt sich bissl rauh an. Trotzdem super cool, und eine Kaufempfehlung!

I received a defective item

I received a defective item. So I sent an email and I was offered to return the hoodie to be fully refunded or keep the hoodie and be partially refunded. I chose to return it, since I have no news or answer by email.

Bad customer support

Ordered one of the Mystery Boxes and was super unhappy. Nothing out of the 3 pieces inside was looking good and quality is also not satisfying for the usual prices they ask for. Messaged the customer support by mail - no reply. Messaged them on insta and they replied that they would have a look on my case and contact me again. Never heard of them again. Would not recommend.

Hey thanks for your review and we're still very sorry you weren't happy with your mystery box.

We really made sure everyone got something good and in your case you literally got one with a tracksuit and a t-shirt (which was showcased on IG)

Of course I can understand that you don't like the colours and told us that you prefer black tones. But that's not how a mystery box works.

Im a recurring Reamo customer and the quality and designs are getting better and better each collection. Reamo is definitely different and innovative and has huge potential. I would definitely recommend Reamo to anyone who loves stylish but comfortable clothing.
