Was voor mijn zoon en bleek uiteindelijk toch niet te passen dus wil retourneren. De communicatie is echter zo traag en duurt zo erg lang echt niet te doen. Nu al aantal dagen gemaild, berichten op insta maar O reactie. Ik wil retourneren en geld terug! Kan echt niet dit! Kwaliteit kleding goed maar service ……

Katastrophaler Kundenservice
Mit meiner Bestellung bin ich eigentlich zufrieden. Ich hatte mir zweimal die gleiche Hose in unterschiedlichen Größen bestellt, weil ich mir unsicher war. Eine hatte ich daraufhin wieder zurückgeschickt.
Nach über 2 Monaten habe ich jedoch immer noch keine einzige Antwort von Kundenservice erhalten und nichtmal Ansatzweise mein Rückgeld erhalten!!
Ebenfalls habe ich versucht den Kontakt über jegliche Plattformen (Email, Instagram, WhatsApp) aufzubauen, wurde aber jedesmal ignoriert! Auch für die Rücksendung musste ich selbst aufkommen (13,99€ per Hermes).
Kundenservice ist demnach echt ***!
Demnach auch leider die wirklich schlechte Bewertung.
Ich würde also empfehlen nur zu bestellen, wenn man sich auch wirklich sicher ist, da man sonst sein Rückgeld nicht erhält!!

A problem turned into a great experience
I initially had some issues with my return, but I have to say that Omaer handled the situation incredibly well. He really took care of everything, and I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly the issue was resolved afterwards.
Great customer service can make all the difference, especially when something doesn’t go as planned, and Reamo definitely proved that they care about their customers.
If you’re thinking about giving a new brand a chance, go for it!

To be clear: your refund is coming, every single return gets refunded. I fell badly behind while running REAMO alone and you paid the price for that. I've since rebuilt my refund process so this doesn't happen again. I've already sent you an email with the next step, so please check your inbox.

Goeie kwaliteit en leuke kleren, late communicatie
Bij het leveren van de broek was dit ook al te laat geleverd en werd hier heel weinig rond gecommuniceerd. De fit was niet goed dus heb ik de broek geretourneerd, dit was twee maanden geleden, na meerdere mails te hebben gestuurd laat Omaer niets meer van zich horen. Geld waarschijnlijk dus kwijt.
EDIT: geld teruggekregen! Het is spijtig dat het zo lang heeft moeten duren, maar het is dus zeker wel een te vertrouwen website. De kledij is zeker wel tof, moest je je kledij niet snel nodig hebben kan het zeker is de moeite zijn REAMO een kans te geven.

Je hebt gelijk en het spijt me. Te late levering, te weinig communicatie en daarna maanden wachten op je geld, dat is niet oké, en dat ligt volledig bij mij.
Je terugbetaling is inmiddels verwerkt en ik heb je ook een persoonlijke mail gestuurd, check dus zeker je inbox.
Ik run REAMO alleen en ben de afgelopen maanden ver achterop geraakt. Dat verklaart het, maar het is geen excuus. Mijn proces voor terugbetalingen is inmiddels aangepast zodat dit niet meer gebeurt.
Sorry dat het zo gelopen is.

Worth the wait
There were a lot of issues with the delivery, so it took about a month for me to receive my pants. However, I contacted the team via Instagram, and they were extremely helpful. They even sent me an extra shirt and a personally signed letter.

deine Kritik ist berechtigt. Dass du auf deine Nachfrage nichts von mir gehört hast und der Tracking Link nicht funktioniert hat, ist nicht okay.
Zur Einordnung der zwei Wochen: Jede Hose wird erst nach der Bestellung gefertigt, deshalb dauert es bis zum Versand rund zwei Wochen und deshalb ist auch der Preis niedriger angesetzt. Das stand zum Zeitpunkt deiner Bestellung nicht sichtbar genug auf der Produktseite, das geht auf mich und ich habe es inzwischen deutlicher gemacht.
Sorry nochmal, das war nicht die Erfahrung, die du verdient hast. Ich hoffe, das Warten hat sich mit der Hose selbst trotzdem gelohnt.

I ordered a pair of jeans, but after weeks of no communication I decided to withdraw/cancel my order. I have sent two mails asking for a refund but nobody seems to care. I wish it would be as easy to get a refund as it is placing an order and taking the customers money.

Sorry that my reply here comes late as well. The slow communication at the start was my fault, and I completely get the frustration you wrote this with.
Since your review in July, things have moved: your jeans have been delivered in the meantime and I also replied to your emails. My reply might have landed in your spam folder, so it's worth a quick look there.
And don't worry, your money is not lost either way. If you'd still rather have the refund, totally fine: just send the jeans back and the money is yours the moment they arrive.

They never arrived.
I complained to Reamo who were very slow to respond but eventually Omaer explained that some products are on a long delivery time which is not clear on their website.
I waited another four weeks and nothing!
I have asked for my money back and nothing .
I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They will take your money and then ignore you

Sorry that my reply here comes late as well. You were right about the two things that went wrong: I was too slow to respond, and the long production time wasn't clear enough on the website when you ordered. Both of those are on me, and the website has since been fixed.

In my experience, REAMO’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. I returned my order and have been unable to get a meaningful response despite repeated attempts to contact them by email and social media. I am still waiting for my refund.
If you are considering ordering, I recommend researching recent customer reviews and paying with a payment method that offers buyer protection. I hope REAMO resolves this issue, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

You caught REAMO at its worst moment: we sold far more than I could handle on my own and I lost the overview on returns and refunds. That explains it, but it doesn't excuse the silence you got.

Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert, jedoch lag bei der Lieferung eine handschriftliche Karte dabei wofür sich diesbezüglich entschuldigt wurde. Fande ich seh gut.

Bad customer support and weird sizing
The clothes I ordered didnt fit. I ordered an XL and even though i followed the size guide it was way too short. Im 193 cm.
The order took more than three weeks to arrive... I got a hand-written note apologizing for the inconvienice from Omaer, which was a nice touch.
When I wanted to return the items I heard nothing. I sent multiple emails but didn’t get any response. You're responsible for paying for the return, which in my case (sent from DK) will cost 175 DKK. The garments I ordered cost me 675 DKK (not including delivery).
I wish i would've checked trustpilot before ordering as it tells a pretty accurate picture of the experience i've had. Would not reccomend buying from here.

Schlechte Lieferzeit und kein Support
Ich habe eine Hose vor 9 Tagen bestellt und heute wurde sie erst losgeschickt. Ich kann verstehen wenn es zu Verzögerungen kommt aber ich habe den Support mehrmals Kontaktiert und bis jetzt nie eine Antwort erhalten.

Very nice product
Very nice product. Easily the best fitting pants I ever bought. A long waiting time, and I had to reach out to Omar. No problems here, everything was fixed, and he even left a handwritten letter in the package. Superb attention to product and customers. 10/10 recommendation and I will definitely upgrade my wardrobe with Reamo in the future

Ordine mai arrivato!
Ho fatto un ordine in data 20 aprile 2026 e a tutt’oggi non ho nessuna notizia del mio ordine.
Ho scritto tre mail senza risposta,sto cercando di cancellare l’ordine ma l’ufficio clienti non risponde.
Ha tutta l’aria di una truffa e spero proprio che non sia così,ma dopo otto giorni non si vede luce.
