I'm a big believer in this brand. Amazing designs and the creators keep on updating the fabrics for better quality. I wear it A LOT.

After waiting around 5 weeks for my order, without getting any response from their customer support, my order finally arrived today.
(I am aware of the fact that the clothes are handmade and it can take some time to fulfill the order but their website states “shipping within 1 to 3 business days” for shipping to Austria … so just don’t do that, if you can’t assure it)
Half of my order is missing. I only received a Hoodie but not the Polo I also ordered.
I already contacted customer support but I ain’t expecting an answer.
Personally I would not order from them again, even though the quality seems really nice. I never had to contact customer support twice for any kind of purchase.

I purchased a set from Reamo and, due to the Christmas period, had to wait about 5 weeks for delivery (usually it takes up to 3 weeks, it’s hand made). When I reached out via DM to inquire about my order, they responded quickly and provided an update. The wait was definitely worth it! These pieces are amazing – the material is incredibly soft, and they fit perfectly.

Stunning pieces! Quick reply when I emailed to ask something about delivery. This is my second set already, I love it.

It took a very long waiting time before it arrived but it was worth to wait. The quality is very good and beautiful.

I was afraid not to receive my order as I read bad delivery comments after placing my order. At the end I received the jacket safely. The customer service never replied though when I sent a mail. This is why I put 4 stars and not 5.

For the second time, my order is late.

No reply on mails, (3/4 shipping days delivery) its now 2 weeks+ ago…

I did not receive my order. And the customer service does not respond to e mails.

I placed my order at the 2nd of december, it has been more than two weeks now and I didn’t receive anything.. I’ve e-mailed you guys yesterday, but didn’t hear anything yet.. Since the clothes will be my Christmas outfit, I would really like to receive the package as soon as possible!

I am a little disappointed; at first I was really excited to buy a gift for a friends birthday from you guys. I heard that your clothes are high quality and because it said 3-5 shipping days, I got no backup gift for said friend - but after two weeks my order is still marked as “unfulfilled”. I am now thinking about returning it, without even opening because I don’t have use for it anymore. I am just hoping that the quality will be as good as expected so I might keep it for myself.

Update; after a month (today’s Dezember 27th and I ordered it on November 29th) the package was sent, I am currently waiting for it to arrive.
I got in touch with customer support but they never replied.

My order doesn’t shipped and customer service is not possible to get a message back

After a few misunderstandings, I had very good communication, and everything was arranged very quickly. Very friendly people, and I am very satisfied with how it was handled. I will definitely order again.

The products are really good and the delivery was perfect, I recommand ! And will buy again :)

I placed an order, paid extra money for “fast track delivery”. Orderd on Friday and the next Wednesday i get an email about my order being ready for shipment. Now its Friday, 7 days since i ordered and the status of my package is still the same. Also tried making contact with anyone but no replies were given. I am disappointed in the service and i hope i will soon get my order. I hope the quality of the order can make up for the lack of service.
