Store Credit Unpractical
The returns policy is both vague and unreasonable, particularly given that most items are sold out. While the team acknowledges this issue, they continue to rely on store credit as a default resolution, simply stating “it’s the policy.”
They position their approach as a “unique business model,” suggesting credits can be used on new items. However, since placing my order, no meaningful new styles have been released, and the majority of inventory remains unavailable. In reality, this makes the credit difficult, if not impossible to use.
Overall, this is not a customer-friendly model, nor is the returns policy fit for purpose. There appears to be a clear disconnect between how the policy is designed and the actual customer experience.
Despite this, they have refused to consider a refund. More concerningly, I was discouraged from leaving a negative review, with the implication that doing so could affect any “amicable resolution” even though they maintain their decision is final.
Having worked in e-commerce strategy across both high-performing and struggling retailers, this raises several red flags. Based on this experience, I would not consider this a trustworthy or customer-centric operation.

Inconsistent customer service, bad delivery management
Their attitude to customers are great, but they are all words but no action. I asked when my parcel will be dispatched and they replied that it was going to be dispatched shortly (quote) on Monday. I am writing this review on Friday. They kept saying that my parcel will be dispatched shortly but it was never dispatched. I spent extra for express shipping as well. The good thing was that they refunded my express shipping money. But definitely expect late delays in your deliveries.

I bought the Linea jacket recently for my partner and he loves it. The fit is perfect and the quality feels amazing. Customer service was also super quick with replies which made everything really easy. Would definitely shop again!
Terrible customer service and predatory return policy
Bought a shirt from them which was much smaller than standard size. Customer service was unhelpful and impersonal. Eventually agreed to refund me but after I returned the shirt it had gained a mysterious stain, one that would have been impossible for me to cause and was also so barely visible i had to change the contrast on my phone screen to make out in the first place. I was then denied a refund based on this. This company is a scam they want to hold onto your money at all costs. They normally don't even offer refunds only store credit so buyers beware. Many other reviews here seem to have had similar problems.

I ordered a few things and the quality is amazing. One was for a present for my brother in law who has been wearing the jacket non-stop. Keen to order again!!
Finally, basics that actually hold up
I am honestly so picky about my basic tees. I always feel like I have to choose between pure cotton just for the comfort, or a poly blend so the shirt actually holds its shape and survives a normal wash.
I picked up the White Everyday T Shirt and the Sunfaded Yellow Jagger tee from Mutimer recently. I wore the white one out from early afternoon until late that night. Usually by the end of the day my other shirts get a stretched out neck or just look completely baggy. This Mutimer shirt held its structure perfectly the whole time and stayed ridiculously comfortable. I threw it in the wash the next morning and it came out looking brand new. Zero shrinking or weird warping at the hem.
It is so rare to find clothes that actually look good and survive real life wear. The shipping was quick too. Really impressed and will definitely be buying more.

Ordered a leather jacket from Mutimer and it arrived surprisingly quickly. Unfortunately, the positives end there as it also arrived damaged. The jacket had deep, hard triangular creases across the lower panels, clearly caused by it being folded so the collar was pressed into the leather during storage. These aren’t light wrinkles or “natural ” — as they tried to tell me over email. They don’t come out. The leather fibres have been crushed and re set through long term pressure. This pressure would likely be okay if the jacket was folded correctly, however in this case it was not.
Things happen, so I paid to return it (their policy) and waited for a replacement. When that arrived, it had the exact same creases in the exact same places, possibly even worse. They again told me this was natural, and it will “ease”. So not even go away? I don’t remember the triangles on the website.
I’m down on delivery costs, possibly twice once I send the second back, I’m also 5 weeks in without a jacket.
For a £230 leather jacket, that’s pretty disappointing. Nice design, but the way these are stored and packed seems to ruin them before they ever reach the customer. They say on their site they have 99.9% quality checks. I guess I’m the unlucky 0.1%, twice, in a row!

Not consumer friendly, horrible return policy
My son requested a jacket for Christmas. It was out of stock originally so when it came back in stock, I ordered two sizes just to make sure one would fit. Both jackets ended up fitting weirdly/poorly - very unattractive. Unfortunately I did not read the return policy ahead of time - who doesn’t allow returns these days? - so we were told that we could return them but would only get store credit. Fine, I guess. Even though the jackets were sent from Salt Lake City, we had to return them to Australia. They had “no means to accept returns in Salt Lake”. Hmmm. The cost to ship them ranged from $220 to $330. Sooo, now we get to keep both jackets and try to sell them at a significant loss on Fb marketplace. Do not do business with this company unless you are absolutely sure of your purchase. They are not consumer friendly.

Pretty leather jacket with minor flaw
I ordered the black leather jacket 10 days ago and it arrived today in Germany. There are no loose threads and the leather is quite thick. It features a thick YKK-Double-Zip which seems high quality but is also really prone to getting stuck, might have to use some grease on that.
I like the feel on the jacket and the fit. I am 1,76m and weigh about 75kg with an athletic build and wear size M.
The lining is the only thing that stands out negatively to me at first glance. It's a nylon lining which feels cheap in contrast to the thick leather shell. The chemical smell on the nylon lining is incredibly intense and gave me a bit of a headache.
The label states that the shell is 100% leather and the lining 100% nylon. It was manufactured in China.
I may come back to this review and update it after some wear :)
Raw Selvedge Denim Order
I ordered the Raw Selvedge Denim from the website. This was on the 12th of January, and my order was shipped the next day on the 13th to Germany. My order then came 4 days later, so extremely fast shipping. The jeans themselves are incredible, the pockets, the sizing, the color, the look, it just fits perfect and you can feel its quality. I am extremely satisfied with my order and will recommend the brand to others for sure.

i recently ordered 2 gift cards for a present for a family member who appears to like this brand. I emailed several times as i was told the cards would come in seperate emails, but they didnt arrive. Finally i get an email saying i cancelled the order but the money has not been returned yet ? then i get another email saying they cancelled a main stream debit card purchase to protect themselves from being scammed, but im the one out of pocket for god knows how long. there was no customer service contact on all 3 levels of contact detail to explain just lie in an email then claim they are protecting me ?????? This is a less than desirable interaction with a local australian business and extremely disappointing.

Dye transferred on to my shirt
Ordered a waxed and chopped coat on the re-release. Unfortunately, the dye transferred and damaged a shirt I wore underneath.
I returned the jacket via Special Next Day Delivery as it was intended as a Christmas gift, and I explained by email that I was hoping to receive the replacement before 25 December. Although the return was received on Wednesday 10th, it was still not accepted and processed until Wednesday 17th. While this was technically within the company’s stated T&Cs, it was disappointing given the circumstances and communication.
In my experience, the dispatch notifications were also misleading. I received a “dispatched” email, but the item did not appear to be handed to the courier for several days, meaning a “48-hour tracked” service took close to a week. This time around, I am still waiting the replacement to be dispatched despite 24 hours elapsing since I got the shipping email.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I was disappointed with both the product quality and the level of customer service.
Update:
The replacement coat also transferred dye. For the price, that’s not acceptable in my view. Although it did arrive before Christmas!
