I ordered an authentication with Guaranteed 24 hour turnaround time. A few hours after I made the order they requested additional images. The additional images they asked for were however already provided when I first made the order. I made them aware of it but they still reset their «timer» so the 24 hour turnaround time is counted from the time when I re-uploaded the images. I made them aware of it but just got a reference to their policy.

I understand that the timer is reset if images are missing. But I had already uploaded everything they asked for. It means that their 24 hour guarantee is worth nothing. They can omit it by asking for anything you have already sent them.

On top of that there is no progress at all on my order now and they don’t reply to my polite requests for a status update.

I will avoid using them again.

They sent me a chat that my order was cancelled due to missing images! But they asked for a photo of something that does not exist on the item in question. They probably lack competence on this item, but then why not just give me the real reason? Or at least have a chat with me regarding where I should find the part they want a photo of and which does not exist?

I get few certificate as authentic after few days they void. This happened when I get result counterfeit for two other items which I upload with complete boutique set. They told me I can get refund when I send them 2 different opinions with authentic result. For me this whole situation is big joke, customer service barely exists.

Remember from science point of view You need exam between 100 to 1000 samples of same items with same details ( model, color, size etc,) to get resonable results whow to exam specific item. If one thing is different like color You need start for beginning.

Don’t trust people without even basic knowledge and understanding for handcrafted items… In these days even rock can pretend expert. lol

Terrible company! I bought an item that was authenticated by this company. When I tried to sell it on a platform, the sale was canceled because the item is marked as counterfeit. The funniest part is that it was Real Authentication that marked it as not counterfeit! So even they do not trust their own decision. Terrible company, do not recommend.

There should be zero star option. We dont need to explain further. One bag submitted in two different timeframes. 2 different results provided. Also they posted something on social media that can make people participate. Majority knows the answer. But this company said the authentic is otherwise😂

Sent in all the photos for a pair of Chanel sneakers as required. Paid for a certificate as well. After 6 hours I receive an automated message not explaining anything just saying the authentication is cancelled and that they have refunded me $30. I paid $60 for the 12 hour turn around and a certificate. Really disappointing. No information as to why the authentication was cancelled. Will not be using again.

Terrible. A buyer of mine purchased an authentication service with real authenticate and it came back counterfeit. I purchased my item from the store so knew this was false. I then purchased 2 authentications myself from lollipuff and legitgrails who both confirmed the authenticity of my bag. Their policy states they will refund any authentication where 2 other third parties conflict with their decision so let’s see if they give a refund. When my buyer told me who they used to authenticate and I read the reviews it made sense. It cost me £60 for no reason to have their opinion disproved. It’s also impossible to contact these guys which for any company to me is a major red flag. All in all I wouldn’t use this company, from other reviews too it seems they confuse genuine items for counterfeit a lot which is quite concerning especially when they charge to do this. My advice would be to use a different company.
