Shocking Service. Paid for a standard check and extra for 1 hour turnaround which was around $60 total and already v expensive. After over 12 hours nothing in, i get a random message saying theyre busy but can still turnaround in 24 hours, i said yes then after 24 hours has passed still no progress and they just cancel the order. Shocking.

Authenticated a counterfeit wallet. I spent 30$ authenticating this wallet that they had already previously stated was misrepresented which I’m assuming means it is a counterfeit product. I went through them again so I could get a refund for my product and return the item but the time I did it they said it was authenticate?? Based off of seeing this product physically it clearly is not authentic.

I am a seller on Mercari app.; this app. uses Real Authentication services when you have an item to list that cost more than $300 in my case for Tiffany&Co. jewelry. How can it happen when a bracelet that was purchased from Tiffany&Co. store personally with receipt present was found as non authentic? When I posted from another account took real pictures again and the result “Authentic”, this is non sense! This situation happened to me not once but couple times! Another example: I purchased a second hand Tiffany&Co jewelry, for my peace of mind I used Real Authentication separately from any app. the result Authentic, after some time I decided to sell it on Mercari, since the price of that jewelry was higher than $300 I had to pass the authentication step from that app., and surprise the response “ Non Authentic”.
When using Mercari app. you have to pay $5 and probably only AI is used for that price. Believe me as a jewelry lover and owner of multiple Tiffany&Co bracelets for years you need only couple glances to determine if it is authentic or not.
I don’t have any explications how a Tiffany&Co. bracelet purchase personally from their store with receipt present can be found as non authentic? This makes me believe that Real Authentication are not professionals, are not taking authentication process seriously.
Maybe the Real Authentication will answer this questions, and not only responding to 5 stars comments?

Horrible customer service. My 24 hour order came 14 hours late, with no apologies. Also, the third review that was showing magically disappeared. Finally, I submitted an item that was physically authenticated by an expert before (which I did not submit because I wanted to test this company), and RA judged it as counterfeit. I would not trust their experts at all. Also had a nerve to advertise me their documentation document. If it helps someone: I purchased their documentation out of interest: it is a complete joke. They do not point out the exact spots and provide very generic sentences. One of which was “material quality”. Without a physical inspection. For a bag made of delicate leather that is widely known to scratch. Has to be legit🤦🏻‍♀️

Scam. Do not trust this company. They provided me with an "authentic" determination for my item. After my own research, I determined it was not authentic. They did not provide a refund and clearly I spent more time looking into it than they did.

I have used RA twice, once for a vintage Chanel and second for a Hermes bag, both passed authentication so naturally I am pleased. I will continue to use them where there is even the slightest bit of down. Easy to use and I like the fact that they tailor their asks in relation to the item that you are trying to verify and not just request standard pictures for all items.

This company is related and associated with high-end retailing boutique owners and employees. They work together. They will give you two completely different evaluations on the same handbags from separate accounts, which is false. These AI-powered devices they deploy as a liaison to authenticate high-end bags are absolutely unreliable. I am quite frustrated with this company's inconsistencies. And they have completely lost their reputation with me. You should take what you bought to a store in person! Please do not waste your time or money on this website! Be warned!

Paid for 24 hours at 2:15pm
At 4:30 they requested more photos. These were sent to them by 4:35
Following day 2:15 comes around and no authentication of item. I reach out and they don’t answer
I leave a negative review
Within an hour of that they message me about a refund because of a negative review.
They couldn’t and wouldn’t complete the task at hand probably because they are unskilled
They also claim they reached out for additional photos and the photos were never sent which is far from true because i can see them on the profile for the item I needed authenticated. So they are lying to cover their butts and why they couldn’t live up to their own 24 hour rule. Stay away!

this is absolutely not a professional company they can't treat a genuine item if there is missing tag or button I came to them with a vintage Chanel jacket that is over 30 years old without buttons this item is absolutely authentic

I have been a loyal customer for years but as of late I am done with this company. They are the only service that provides online David Yurman authentication and probably because it is not easily authenticated by markings alone. But with that I had my bracelet go thru and it was deemed authentic but after the item turned my wrist green Inwent and had the gems tested and the metal and they were not authentic. That is not what upsets me most what really gets me is how they are more concerned with growing and they are getting spread way too thin. The reply times are being manipulated so the 24 hr is not really 24 hours anymore and I have had this happen on my last 3 orders where they have waited until an hour before the 24 was up to “ask for additional pictures” so the 24 hrs starts all
over again. They are one of the most expensive online as well as now asking if you would like another set of eyes to view your item just pay $10 more dollars! What a cash grab, how about having some integrity and doing your best work and getting it right. With Mercari and Poshmark and Tik Tok I think you are not able to handle the volume you are creating and your business is slipping because of it. Take this with a grain of salt but there are several listings on Mercari that they have authenticated that are wrong and obviously fake. It’s a shame because it doesn’t have to be like this. Greed is not good.

What a wreck
I ordered a 1hr turnaround for 60$ and they took triple the time to release my results. If you're going to charge for that specific timeframe don't disappoint! Ugh find someone else.

They not reliable and I don’t think they know what they’re doing. I bought a Prada bag in Poshmark and sold it there as well but PM claiming it was fake. So I used Real Authentication to authenticate it. I sent them photo of bag and they said Prada bag is authentic. I sent the authentication result to PM but they sent me a photo that Real Authentication saying bag is fake. Now I don’t know which one is real, Real Authentication told me it’s authentic but they told Poshmark bag is fake. Total waste of time and money to authenticate here. I won’t use this platform again. Stay away from this platform this is scam.

Fake bag was declared authentic. I took the bag to a store for an inspection, where it was identified as a counterfeit. Fortunately, I was able to return the bag and get my money back.

I got a real authentication certificate from a seller. I downloaded their app and scan the QR code and they said a customer service bar will pop up. Nothing pop up. They said there’s a place to key the certification number no nothing and no customer service email or number to call to verify on their website. I have IG them and they have replied
