Best financial decision ever
Over the past 18 months, my wife and I have purchased 6 properties through ReadyLet. We have received monies from the yield as promised and as a bonus each property has gone up in value by 30%. The staff are professional, efficient and offer a friendly service.

Excellent company for property investment. The complete property management company you can trust to look after your properties with rental. Readylet has enabled me to improve my pension
Readylet has enabled me to improve my pension, using a very small lump sum to gain a regular income.
The company are friendly and informative.
All of my questions were answered by Gill/Keith/Kim in a timely manner.
The whole process for both of my purchases was problem free.
I'm so impressed that I've wholeheartedly recommended them to my friends, 2 of whom have subsequently made purchases of their own.

Readylet Properties.
We have recently purchased with Readylet and I have to say the whole process was stress free. We would highly recommend the whole team for their 100 per cent professional approach. Kim and Gill have been truly brilliant and the feel from the team is it’s a passionate run family company. They have been exceptionally helpful, from the first email right through to the point of completion. There were no hiccups and the whole process was extremely professional. Th property was then let with 24 hours of completion and rent comes through in the 4th if every month. No issues. The ReadyLet team explained everything in great detail and we are so pleased that we benefitted from their help and guidance. We have since recommended Readylet to friends looking to purchase in the North East, We would highly recommend ReadyLet Properties, for any future investment.

Hands off property investment with a super friendly and helpful team
We have been dealing with ready let for about five months now and don’t have a bad word to say!
Having been trying to get into property investment for sometime, but busy lives with family restrictions slowing it down, what ready let offered seemed an ideal solution being that it’s totally hands off, and I am pleased to say that’s exactly how it’s worked out so far - we have been so impressed with our first property we are now in the process of buying a second from them.
All the team are very helpful and approachable and took the time to explain everything in simple terms but with lots of detail for peace of mind. They also respond to emails quickly and basically always do what they say they will.

I have found this company excellent in… the level of personal attention given to landlords. The team always have time for you, even in the evenings.
I have found this company excellent in every respect. They made everything so easy and ensured that I was able to earn rental income within a period of only 5 weeks, from my initial discussion with the team to completion. As a landlord, you really are 'hands free.' The most I have ever had to do is check my account on the 8th of each month! 100% satisfied!
I had to sell my property sooner than planned because personal circumstances were such that I needed the capital from the property. Readylet resold the property in their highly efficient way.
I have every intention of purchasing further properties once my current circumstances change.
