We have recently bought a property from ReadyLet Properties. The team were very friendly, extremely informative, helpful with any queries we had and nothing was too much trouble. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and we are considering doing another purchase with them in a few months time.

Professional family run company, recommended by a third party who have had dealings with them. They have eased us through the process, affable and reassuring at every juncture. I have no reason to believe they won’t continue to be so now that we have completed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Lies all the time, we're told and also advertised on their website that the housing benefit was paid direct to them so no worries about recieving the rent, Complete lie, we had tenants not paying and at least one ran up arrears of over £1000 that readylet allowed to happen, the tenant then just left the house owing the money, everything about readylet is a scam.
I am happy to show anyone invoices and correspondence if they require.
In answer to your reply, you did not get the properties sold for more then was paid for them, in fact the whole process cost us around £14k, in lost rents, solicitors fees and losses on the properties, Lies again by you, also you did tell us all benefits were paid direct to you, we were also told that your management fee was collected separately by agents, but once again Lies, Yes you are scammers.

I have found the team very helpful and have now bought a number of properties. Can not fault them at all.
