I really like Reach Mobile, and my opinion has not changed even after a problem with a phone I bought. It was not as easy to return as expected, but Steffy Haric and another from customer service ended up resolving it for me. Steffy was pleasant, prompt, and thorough! Thank you!

My son lost his phone and needed to activate a new SIM card. Logged into my account and remembered that my sons card was under my wife's account. Worked with Balvinder and she was able to work through the activation even though I'm not my wife. I love Reach Mobile, you work with real people who actually understand reality and can appreciate the situation.

Meena was able to help me resolve an issue with my data not working. I only gave 4 stars, because my previous contact to customer service did not resolve the problem and I was told to bring my phone to Apple. It was not an issue with the phone. Reach customer service is quickly responsive via chat.

All of a sudden, I couldn't make or receive calls on my Samsung Galaxy. I emailed Reach (since it was a weekend rather than M-F), thinking it might take a bit to hear from someone. Less than a half-hour later, Reetika responded to my email. She suggested a solution, and between Reetika's advice and me tapping here and tapping there, my phone was re-born! I appreciated how quickly Reetika got back to me; I really was resigned to being phone-less until Monday. Thank you!

Preeti is always available whenever I need a customer service member to chat with about Reach. She is very dedicated and so helpful in solving any of my issues. I definitely recommend chatting with her for your Reach Mobile needs!

The instructions were pretty simple and easy to follow. I ordered some SIM cards, went down the list of instructions that came with them, and got everything activated in a few minutes. I also appreciated the occasional text messages making sure that I wasn't running into any problems. I've only tried one other SIM-by-mail service before and I couldn't get any support from them, so this has been a welcome change.

I had a big help from Steffy getting the best plan which I keep changing this month. Very patient and helpful, this company seems to have the best people in the industry all bunched up !

While their customer service reps are extremely nice, the service has left a lot to be desired. We activated 6 lines but 3 are not working. I have been told repeatedly to just turn off and turn on the phones again. The phones are compatible and are the exact same phone/model as our working phones. Nothing is fixed and I have 3 non working phones lines that Reach is more than happy to charge me for. They can't seem to find a fix so I'm just left stuck with this situation and no resolution.

I wanted to thank Divya for all of her assistance thru the chat messaging & her phone call to me. She helped me port over my existing phone# and get the service activated within minutes for me. She also helped me get the $10 off for the 1st 3 months promotion that the system did not store when I initially signed up for the service. Everything with the company/service is doing fine so far. Today I had a problem with my phone that I could not figure out how to fix. I chatted with Steffy from Reach and she was so helpful and although I am not a techie,
she spent a lot of time getting me back to where I could use my phone again. Customer service is so good, I would highly recommend this company.
