I chatted with Majid and all went very smoothly, I believe. I cancelled service and was very helpful and professional. Just hope there won’t be a problem, but they have always been reliable in the past, so I don’t think this will be any different.

Overall, my experience with ReachMobile has been quite good. There is rarely a problem that requires customer service, but when you do need them, most agents lack the ability for deep enough thinking to straighten out a complicated problem. The online chat support at night is generally good, if you get connected to SAHIL your problem will be solved very efficiently with no wasted time. If the daytime support staff were half as good as Sahil, this would be a five star review.

I have been having trouble getting my phone connected from xfinity over to reach. Today I finally got the person that knew what she was doing. Her name is Meenu and she works on Chat. She was patient and knew the right things to ask me. She was excellent. If I need help again I would want her to help me.

It has been several years of working with Reach. Every interaction with them has been professional. From help switching my phone from another carrier to my latest request. I recently needed itemized copies of my monthly phone records. In less that 24 hours it went from a chat with a very understanding rep, to verifying I was me, to the documents I needed. I never heard "no we can't do that". Instead I was sent emails during the day keeping me up to date on their progress. I can't recommend this company enough for your next wireless carrier.

The support staff with Reach is always top notch. I've only had a few minor issues and they are always fixed within 15 min of contacting support. Today, Avishek was able to get my picture texts working again super fast, and on a Sunday morning no less. Avishek and everyone I've had help me have been incredibly prompt, helpful, and professional. Reach and their team just does everything right.
